Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen mindestens eines Teilbereichs (Ta) einer Schicht eines dreidimensionalen Bauteils durch Bestrahlen mindestens einer Pulverschicht (25) mittels mindestens eines Hochenergiestrahls, insbesondere mittels mindestens eines Laserstrahls (3), umfassend: Bestrahlen der Pulverschicht (25) mittels des mindestens einen Hochenergiestrahls in einem Bearbeitungsfeld, wobei der mindestens eine Hochenergiestrahl in einer kontinuierlichen oszillierenden Bewegung in einer ersten Richtung (R1) über die Pulverschicht (25) bewegt wird, um einen linienförmigen Bestrahlungsbereich (30) zu erzeugen, in dem die Pulverschicht (25) aufgeschmolzen wird, und wobei zur Erzeugung des Teilbereichs (Ta) der Schicht des dreidimensionalen Bauteils der linienförmige Bestrahlungsbereich (30) in einer zweiten, von der ersten verschiedenen Richtung (R2) über die Pulverschicht (25) bewegt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing at least one sub-region (Ta) of a layer of a three-dimensional component by irradiating at least one powder layer (25) using at least one high-energy beam, in particular using at least one laser beam (3), having the following step: irradiating the powder layer (25) using the at least one high-energy beam in a machining field, wherein the at least one high-energy beam is moved over the powder layer (25) in a first direction (R1) in a continuously oscillating movement in order to produce a linear irradiation region (30) in which the powder layer (25) is melted, and the linear irradiation region (30) is moved over the powder layer (25) in a second direction (R2) which differs from the first direction in order to produce the sub-region (Ta) of the layer of the three-dimensional component.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de production d’au moins une partie (Ta) d’une couche d’un composant tridimensionnel par irradiation d’au moins une couche de poudre (25) au moyen d’au moins un faisceau à haute énergie, en particulier d’au moins un faisceau laser (3), le procédé comprenant l’opération consistant à irradier la couche de poudre (25) au moyen dudit au moins un faisceau à haute énergie dans une zone de traitement. Ledit au moins un faisceau à haute énergie est déplacé suivant un mouvement oscillant continu dans une première direction (R1) au-dessus de la couche de poudre (25) pour générer une zone d’irradiation linéaire (30) dans laquelle la couche de poudre (25) est fondue et, pour générer la partie (Ta) de la couche du composant tridimensionnel, la zone d’irradiation linéaire (30) étant déplacée au-dessus de la couche de poudre (25) dans une seconde direction (R2) différente de la première.
