Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Presshärten von Stahlblechbauteilen, wobei einem Stahlblechband aus einer härtbaren Stahllegierung eine Platine ausgeschnitten wird und die Platine anschließend austenitisiert wird, indem sie auf eine Temperatur größer Ac3 erhitzt wird und anschließend in ein Umformwerkzeug eingelegt wird und in dem Umformwerkzeug umgeformt und beim Umformen mit einer Geschwindigkeit über der kritischen Härtegeschwindigkeit abgekühlt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Vermeidung von Mikrorissen zweiter Art der umzuformenden Blechplatinen während des Umform- und Härtevorganges benachbart zu positiven Radien und/oder Ziehkanten Sauerstoff zugeführt wird und eine Vorrichtung hierzu.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for hot stamping steel sheet metal components, wherein a sheet metal blank is cut from a steel sheet metal strip made of a hardenable steel alloy and the sheet metal blank is then austenitized in that it is heated to a temperature of more than Ac3 and is then placed into a forming tool and formed in the forming tool and, during forming, is cooled at a rate above the critical cooling rate, characterized in that oxygen is supplied to the sheet metal blank to be formed, adjacent to positive radii and/or drawing edges, during the forming and hardening process in order to prevent microcracks of the second type. The invention also relates to a device therefor.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé d’emboutissage à chaud de pièces en tôle d’acier, consistant à découper un flan dans une bande de tôle d’acier composée d’un alliage d'acier trempable, à austéniser ensuite le flan par chauffage à une température supérieure à Ac3, puis à le placer dans un outil de formage, à le mettre en forme dans l’outil de formage et à le refroidir pendant le formage, à une vitesse supérieure à la vitesse critique de trempe, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu’un apport d’oxygène est effectué à proximité de rayons de courbure positifs et/ou des angles d’emboutissage dans le but d’éviter l’apparition de microfissures de type II dans les flans de tôle à mettre en forme pendant le processus de formage et de trempe, ainsi qu’un dispositif à cet effet.
