Abstract:
(DE) Eine Vorrichtung zum Arretieren einer Schaltwalze (14) eines sequentiellen Getriebes (10) umfasst einen Aktuator (48), der mittels einer Steuereinrichtung in einen aktivierten Zustand überführbar ist. Im aktivierten Zustand greift der Aktuator (48) direkt oder indirekt so an der Schaltwalze (14) an, dass die Schaltwalze (14) in einer Zwischenposition zwischen zwei Gängen bzw. zwischen einem Gang und einer Leerlaufstellung des Getriebes (10) gehalten wird. Ein Verfahren zum Arretieren einer Schaltwalze (14) eines sequentiellen Getriebes (10) mithilfe einer solchen Vorrichtung umfasst folgende Schritte: Drehen der Schaltwalze (14) des Getriebes (10) aus einer stabilen Position in eine Zwischenposition vor der nächsten stabilen Position und Arretieren der Schaltwalze (14) in der Zwischenposition durch Aktivieren des Aktuators (48).
(EN) The invention relates to a device for arresting a controller cylinder (14) of a sequential transmission (10), comprising an actuator (48), which can be transitioned into an activated state by means of a control device. In the activated state, the actuator (48) engages directly or indirectly on the controller cylinder (14) such that the controller cylinder (14) is held in an intermediate position between two gears or between one gear and an idle position of the transmission (10). The invention further relates to a method for arresting a controller cylinder (14) of a sequential transmission (10) by means of such a device, comprising the following steps: rotating the controller cylinder (14) of the transmission (10) from a stable position into an intermediate position before the next stable position and arresting the controller cylinder (14) in the intermediate position by activating the actuator (48).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de blocage du tambour de sélection (14) d’une boîte de vitesses séquentielle (10), comprenant un actionneur (48), qui peut être passé à un état activé au moyen d’un système de commande. À l’état activé, l’actionneur (48) est directement ou indirectement en prise avec le tambour de sélection (14) de telle manière que le tambour de sélection (14) est maintenu dans une position intermédiaire entre deux rapports ou entre un rapport et une position de point mort de la boîte de vitesses (10). L’invention concerne également un procédé de blocage d’un tambour de sélection (14) d’une boîte de vitesses séquentielle (10), comprenant les étapes suivantes : la rotation du tambour de sélection (14) de la boîte de vitesses (10) d’une position stable dans une position intermédiaire précédant la position stable suivante ; et le blocage du tambour de sélection (14) dans la position intermédiaire par l'activation de l'actionneur (48).
