Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an anaesthesia ventilation apparatus for automatically ventilating a patient, comprising: an exhalation port and an inhalation port for connection to a ventilation tube leading to a patient and designed to carry a respiratory gas; a respiratory gas delivery unit; at least one respiratory gas sensor for sensing a concentration of anaesthetic gas; at least one pressure sensor for sensing a pressure of the respiratory gas; and at least one computing unit, the computing unit being designed to control the respiratory gas delivery unit according to the sensed pressure and a predefined setpoint pressure value, and the computing unit also being designed to adjust the setpoint pressure value according to the sensed concentration of anaesthetic gas.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'anesthésie ventilatoire pour la ventilation automatisée d'un patient, comprenant un port expiratoire et un port inspiratoire à raccorder à un flexible de ventilation tourné vers le patient et destiné à un gaz respiratoire, une unité d'acheminement de gaz respiratoire, au moins un capteur de gaz respiratoire permettant de détecter une concentration de gaz d'anesthésie, au moins un capteur de pression permettant de détecter une pression du gaz respiratoire, ainsi qu'au moins une unité de calcul, l'unité de calcul étant conçue pour commander l'unité d'acheminement de gaz respiratoire en fonction de la pression détectée et pour régler une valeur de pression de consigne prédéfinie, l'unité de calcul étant également conçue pour assurer l'adaptation de la valeur de pression de consigne en fonction de la concentration de gaz d'anesthésie détectée.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anästhesiebeatmungsvorrichtung zur automatisierten Beatmung eines Patienten, aufweisend einen exspiratorischen Port und einen inspiratorischen Port zum Anschluss eines dem Patienten zugewandten Beatmungsschlauches für ein Atemgas, eine Atemgasfördereinheit, wenigstens einen Atemgassensor zum Erfassen einer Anästhesiegaskonzentration, wenigstens einen Drucksensor zum Erfassen eines Drucks des Atemgases, sowie wenigstens eine Recheneinheit, wobei die Recheneinheit dazu ausgebildet ist, die Atemgasfördereinheit in Abhängigkeit des erfassten Drucks und eines vorgegebenen Solldruckwertes anzusteuern, wobei die Recheneinheit ferner dazu ausgebildet ist, eine Anpassung des Solldruckwertes in Abhängigkeit der erfassten Anästhesiegaskonzentration vorzunehmen.
