Abstract:
(EN) A TiAlSiZrN composite coating, a graded structure ultrafine hard alloy cutting tool with the TiAlSiZrN composite coating, and a method for manufacturing same. The TiAlSiZrN composite coating comprises a TiN layer, a TiN/TiSiN layer, a TiSiN layer, and a TiAlSiZrN layer. The alloy cutting tool comprises a cutting tool base body and the TiAlSiZrN composite coating. The cutting tool base body is provided with a normal organization layer, a cobalt-rich transition layer, and a cobalt-poor cube-rich phase layer. The composite coating is deposited by an arc ion plating device. The TiAlSiZrN composite coating has good adhesion to the cutting tool base body, good layer-to-layer adhesion within the composite coating, high compactness, and good resistance against high temperatures, corrosion, and abrasion. The composite coating also provides excellent lubricating performance. The alloy cutting tool disclosed in the invention has excellent resistance against abrasion and high temperature.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un revêtement composite de TiAlSiZrN, un outil de coupe en alliage dur ultrafin à structure graduée comportant le revêtement composite, et son procédé de fabrication. Le revêtement composite de TiAlSiZrN comprend une couche de TiN, une couche de TiN/TiSiN, une couche de TiSiN et une couche de TiAlSiZrN. L'outil de coupe en alliage comprend un corps de base d'outil de coupe et le revêtement composite de TiAlSiZrN. Le corps de base d'outil de coupe est pourvu d'une couche d'organisation normale, une couche de transition riche en cobalt et une couche de phase riche en cube pauvre en cobalt. Le revêtement composite est déposé par un dispositif de placage d'ions à arc. Le revêtement composite de TiAlSiZrN présente une bonne adhérence au corps de base d'outil de coupe, une bonne adhérence de couche à couche dans le revêtement composite, une compacité élevée, et une bonne résistance à des températures élevées, à la corrosion et à l'abrasion. Le revêtement composite présente en outre d'excellentes performances de lubrification. L'outil de coupe en alliage de l'invention présente une excellente résistance à l'abrasion et aux températures élevées.
(ZH) 一种TiAlSiZrN基复合涂层、具有TiAlSiZrN基复合涂层的梯度超细硬质合金刀具及其制备方法。TiAlSiZrN基复合涂层由TiN层、TiN/TiSiN层、TiSiN层和TiAlSiZrN层构成。合金刀具由刀具基体和TiAlSiZrN基复合涂层构成。刀具基体设置有正常组织层、富钴过渡层和贫钴富立方相层。复合涂层通过电弧离子镀设备沉积而成。TiAlSiZrN基复合涂层,其与刀具基体结合性良好,复合涂层的涂层之间附着力良好,致密度高,耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性良好,且复合涂层的润滑性能良好。本发明的合金刀具,具有良好的耐磨耐温性能。
