Abstract:
(EN) A boron nitride composite coating comprising of a TiBCN layer, a Ni3Si2 layer, and a CBN layer, and a graded structure ultrafine hard alloy cutting tool with the coating. The cutting tool comprises a cutting tool base body and the boron nitride composite coating. The cutting tool base body is provided with a normal organization layer, a cobalt-rich transition layer, and a cobalt-poor cube-rich phase layer. The composite coating is deposited by an arc ion plating device. The boron nitride composite coating has good adhesion to the cutting tool base body, good layer-to-layer adhesion within the composite coating, and good resistance against high temperatures, corrosion, and abrasion. The graded structure ultrafine hard alloy cutting tool with the coating has excellent abrasion resistance and heat resistance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un revêtement composite de nitrure de bore comprenant une couche de TiBCN, une couche de Ni3Si2 et une couche de CBN, et un outil de coupe d'alliage dur ultrafin à structure graduée comprenant le revêtement. L'outil de coupe comprend un corps de base d'outil de coupe et le revêtement composite de nitrure de bore. Le corps de base d'outil de coupe est doté d'une couche d'organisation normale, d'une couche de transition riche en cobalt et d'une couche de phase riche en cube pauvre en cobalt. Le revêtement composite est déposé par un dispositif de plaquage ionique à l'arc. Le revêtement composite de nitrure de bore présente une bonne adhérence au corps de base d'outil de coupe, une bonne adhérence couche à couche à l'intérieur du revêtement composite, et une bonne résistance aux températures élevées, à la corrosion et à l'abrasion. L'outil de coupe d'alliage dur ultrafin à structure graduée comprenant le revêtement présente une excellente résistance à l'abrasion et une excellente résistance à la chaleur.
(ZH) 一种由TiBCN层、Ni3Si2层和CBN层构成的氮化硼系复合涂层,以及一种具有该涂层的梯度超细硬质合金刀具。该刀具由刀具基体和氮化硼系复合涂层构成,刀具基体设置有正常组织层、富钴过渡层和贫钴富立方相层。复合涂层通过电话离子镀设备沉积而成。这种氮化硼系复合涂层,其与刀具基体结合性好,复合涂层的涂层之间附着力好,耐高温性、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性良好。具有该涂层的梯度超细硬质合金刀具具有良好的耐磨耐温性能。
