Abstract:
(EN) A system and method for isolating target substrates includes a microfluidic chip, comprising a plurality of processing units, each processing unit comprising: an inlet port, a plurality of first chambers connected to the inlet port by a fluid channel, the fluid channel comprising a plurality of valves, a plurality of second chambers, each of the second chambers connected to a respective first chamber by a fluid channel, each fluid channel including a controllable blocking valve, and a plurality of respective outlet ports, each outlet port in fluid communication with a respective one of said second chambers and each outlet port including a blocking valve. A magnet is adjacent the microfluidic chip and is movable relative to the microfluidic chip. A valve control is capable of actuating certain ones of the controllable blocking valves in response to a control signal.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour isoler des substrats cibles qui comprennent une puce microfluidique, comprenant une pluralité d'unités de traitement, chaque unité de traitement comprenant : un orifice d'entrée, une pluralité de premières chambres reliées à l'orifice d'entrée par un canal de fluide, le canal de fluide comprenant une pluralité de valves, une pluralité de secondes chambres, chaque seconde chambre reliée à une première chambre respective par un canal de fluide, chaque canal de fluide comprenant une valve de blocage contrôlable, et une pluralité d'orifices de sortie respectifs, chaque orifice de sortie en communication fluidique avec une desdites secondes chambres respectives et chaque orifice de sortie comprenant une valve de blocage. Un aimant est adjacent à la puce microfluidique et est mobile par rapport à la puce microfluidique. Une commande de valve est capable d'actionner certaines des valves de blocage contrôlable en réponse à un signal de commande.
