Abstract:
(EN) A method for converting shale gas to aromatic hydrocarbons includes passing a feedstock comprising ethane gas and methane gas to an aromatization reactor; converting a portion of the methane gas and ethane gas in the feedstock to liquid aromatic hydrocarbons with a zeolite based catalyst at a temperature of 750C to 900C; separating unconverted methane gas from liquid aromatic hydrocarbons; separating unconverted methane gas from the unconverted ethane gas; recycling the separated methane gas to the aromatization reactor; recovering aromatic hydrocarbons in a product stream after separation and removal from the aromatization reactor. Less than or equal to 95% of the ethane is converted to aromatic hydrocarbons.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de conversion de gaz de schiste en hydrocarbures aromatiques consistant à faire passer une charge d'alimentation comprenant de l'éthane gazeux et du gaz méthane dans un réacteur d'aromatisation; convertir une partie du gaz méthane et de l'éthane gazeux de la charge d'alimentation en hydrocarbures aromatiques liquides avec un catalyseur à base de zéolite à une température allant de 750 °C à 900 °C; séparer le gaz méthane non converti des hydrocarbures aromatiques liquides; séparer le gaz méthane non converti de l'éthane gazeux non converti; recycler le gaz méthane séparé dans le réacteur d'aromatisation; récupérer des hydrocarbures aromatiques dans un flux de produit après séparation et retrait du réacteur d'aromatisation. Une quantité inférieure ou égale à 95 % de l'éthane est convertie en hydrocarbures aromatiques.
