Abstract:
(EN) Devices, systems and methods for detecting molecules in a solid state using UV lights in a dry condition are provided. Interaction between a plurality of molecules, a conformational change of a molecule, a size difference between a plurality of molecules and a presence of a molecule can be detected in a dry environment by measuring a light absorption in at least one of light transmission mode and light reflection mode. In a preferred embodiment, the measurement of a light absorption is performed at a wavelength of ultraviolet light between 260 nm and 285 nm.
(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs, des systèmes et des procédés pour détecter des molécules dans un état solide à l'aide de lumières UV à sec. Une interaction entre une pluralité de molécules, un changement de conformation d'une molécule, une différence de taille entre une pluralité de molécules et la présence d'une molécule peuvent être détectés dans un environnement sec par mesure d'une absorption de lumière dans un mode de transmission de lumière et/ou un mode de réflexion de lumière. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la mesure d'une absorption de lumière est réalisée à une longueur d'onde de lumière ultraviolette entre 260 nm et 285 nm.
