Abstract:
(EN) Various aspects include methods for managing memory subsystems on a computing device. Various aspect methods may include determining a period of time to force a memory subsystem on the computing device into a low power mode, inhibiting memory access requests to the memory subsystem during the determined period of time, forcing the memory subsystem into the low power mode for the determined period of time, and executing the memory access requests to the memory subsystem inhibited during the determined period of time in response to expiration of the determined period of time.
(FR) Divers aspects concernent des procédés permettant de gérer des sous-systèmes de mémoire sur un dispositif informatique. Divers aspects de l'invention concernent des procédés qui peuvent consister à : déterminer une période pour forcer un sous-système de mémoire sur le dispositif informatique dans un mode de faible consommation ; inhiber les demandes d'accès au sous-système de mémoire pendant la période déterminée ; forcer le sous-système de mémoire dans un mode de faible consommation pour la période déterminée ; et exécuter les demandes d'accès au sous-système de mémoire inhibées pendant la période déterminée en réponse à l'expiration de la période déterminée.
