Abstract:
(EN) Techniques for measuring CSI (Channel State Information) based on beamformed CSI-RS having reduced overhead are discussed. One example embodiment configured to be employed in a UE (User Equipment) comprises a memory; and one or more processors configured to: process higher layer signaling indicating one or more CSI-RS resources associated with a plurality of REs (Resource Elements) comprising a RE for each CSI-RS resource for each of one or more CSI-RS APs (Antenna Ports) in each of a plurality of continuous PRBs (physical resource blocks); process additional higher layer signaling comprising one or more CSI-RS parameters that indicate a subset of the plurality of REs associated with a beamformed CSI-RS transmission; decode one or more CSI-RSs from the indicated subset; and measure one or more CSI parameters based on the decoded one or more CSI-RSs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des techniques de mesure d’informations d’état de canal (CSI) sur la base de CSI-RS formé en faisceau ayant un surdébit réduit. Un mode de réalisation exemplaire configuré pour être utilisé dans un équipement d’utilisateur (UE) comprend une mémoire ; et un ou plusieurs processeurs configurés pour : traiter une signalisation de couche supérieure indiquant une ou plusieurs ressources CSI-RS associées à une pluralité d’éléments de ressource (RE) comprenant un RE pour chaque ressource CSI-RS pour chacun d’un ou plusieurs ports d’antenne (AP) CSI-RS dans chacun d’une pluralité de blocs de ressource physique (PRB) ; traiter une signalisation de couche supérieure additionnelle comprenant un ou plusieurs paramètres CSI-RS qui indiquent un sous-ensemble de la pluralité de RE associés à une transmission de CSI-RS formé en faisceau ; décoder un ou plusieurs CSI-RS dans le sous-ensemble indiqué ; et mesurer un ou plusieurs paramètres CSI sur la base des un ou plusieurs CSI-RS décodés.
