Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a recombinant lentivirus vector comprising a gene encoding a hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) protein; and a cell that is transfected with the lentivirus produced by using the vector. The recombinant lentivirus of the present invention comprises a gene encoding a HGF protein, and a host cell transfected with the lentivirus maintains a high cell proliferation rate. Thus, a mesenchymal stem cell expressing HGF by being transfected with the lentivirus may be usefully employed as a cell therapeutic agent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un vecteur de lentivirus recombiné comprenant un gène codant une protéine de facteur de croissance des hépatocytes (HGF), et une cellule transfectée avec le lentivirus qui est produite en utilisant ce vecteur. Le lentivirus recombiné de la présente invention comprend un gène codant une protéine HGF, et une cellule hôte transfectée avec le lentivirus maintient un taux de prolifération cellulaire élevé. Une cellule souche mésenchymateuse exprimant HGF après transfection avec le lentivirus peut ainsi être utilisée efficacement comme agent thérapeutique cellulaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 간세포성장인자 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 렌티바이러스 벡터, 및 상기 벡터를 이용하여 제조된 렌티바이러스에 의해 형질감염된 세포에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 재조합 렌티바이러스는 HGF 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하고, 상기 렌티바이러스로 형질감염된 숙주세포는 높은 세포 증식율을 유지한다. 따라서, 상기 렌티바이러스가 형질감염되어 HGF를 발현하는 중간엽줄기세포는 세포 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
