Abstract:
(EN) Proposed is a method and apparatus for transforming and inverse-transforming a chroma block using a variable transform kernel, in video encoding and decoding processes. A video decoding method proposed in the present disclosure to solve the technical problem may comprise the steps of: obtaining, from a bit stream, chroma multi-transform kernel information indicating whether a chroma transform kernel for inverse-transformation of a chroma block is determined as one of a plurality of chroma transform kernels; when the chroma transform kernel is determined to be one of the plurality of chroma transform kernels according to the multi-transform kernel information, determining whether to determine the chroma transform kernel using a luma transform kernel; and performing inverse-transformation with respect to the chroma block using the chroma transform kernel.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour transformer et transformer par transformation inverse un bloc de chrominance à l’aide d’un noyau de transformation variable, dans des processus de codage et de décodage de vidéo. Un procédé de décodage de vidéo proposé dans la présente invention pour résoudre le problème technique peut comprendre les étapes suivantes : obtenir, à partir d’un train de bits, des informations de noyau de transformation multiple de chrominance indiquant si un noyau de transformation de chrominance pour une transformation inverse d’un bloc de chrominance est déterminé comme étant un noyau d’une pluralité de noyaux de transformation de chrominance ; lorsque le noyau de transformation de chrominance est déterminé comme étant un noyau de la pluralité de noyaux de transformation de chrominance selon les informations de noyau de transformation multiple, déterminer s’il faut déterminer le noyau de transformation de chrominance à l’aide d’un noyau de transformation de luminance ; et réaliser une transformation inverse par rapport au bloc de chrominance à l’aide du noyau de transformation de chrominance.
(KO) 비디오 부호화 및 복호화 과중 중에서, 가변적인 변환 커널을 이용하여 크로마 블록에 대한 변환 및 역변환을 수행하는 방법 및 장치를 제안한다. 상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위해 본 개시에서 제안하는 비디오 복호화 방법은, 크로마 블록의 역변환을 위한 크로마 변환 커널을 복수의 크로마 변환 커널들 중에서 하나로 결정하는지 여부를 나타내는 크로마 다중 변환 커널 정보를 비트스트림으로부터 획득하는 단계; 상기 다중 변환 커널 정보에 따라 상기 크로마 변환 커널이 복수의 크로마 변환 커널들 중에서 하나로 결정될 때, 루마 변환 커널을 이용하여 상기 크로마 변환 커널을 결정할지 여부를 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 크로마 변환 커널을 이용하여 상기 크로마 블록에 대해 역변환을 수행하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
