Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for encoding a video signal on the basis of a graph-based separable transform (GBST), the method comprising the steps of: generating an incidence matrix representing a line graph; training a sample covariance matrix for rows and columns from the rows and columns of a residual signal; calculating a graph Laplacian matrix for rows and columns on the basis of the incidence matrix and the sample covariance matrix for rows and columns; and obtaining a GBST by performing eigen decomposition of the graph Laplacian matrix for rows and columns.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de codage d'un signal vidéo reposant sur une transformée séparable reposant sur un graphique (GBST), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : générer une matrice d'incidence représentant un graphique linéaire; former une matrice de covariance d'échantillon pour des rangées et des colonnes parmi des rangées et des colonnes d'un signal résiduel; calculer une matrice laplacienne graphique pour les rangées et les colonnes, sur la base de la matrice d'incidence et de la matrice de covariance d'échantillon pour les rangées et les colonnes; et obtenir une GBST par mise en œuvre d'une décomposition propre de la matrice laplacienne graphique pour les rangées et les colonnes.
(KO) 본 발명은, 그래프 기반 분리가능 변환 (graph-based separable transform, GBST)에 기초하여 비디오 신호를 인코딩하는 방법에 있어서, 라인 그래프를 나타내는 근접 행렬 (incidence matrix)을 생성하는 단계; 레지듀얼 신호의 행과 열로부터 행 및 열에 대한 샘플 공분산 행렬 (sample covariance matrix)을 훈련하는 단계; 상기 근접 행렬 및 상기 행 및 열에 대한 샘플 공분산 행렬에 기초하여 행 및 열에 대한 그래프 라플라시안 행렬 (graph laplacian matrix)을 계산하는 단계; 및 상기 행 및 열에 대한 그래프 라플라시안 행렬에 고유 분해 (eigen decomposition)를 수행함으로써 GBST 를 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법을 제공한다.
