Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a torque mode switch control system for maintaining a rated output of a wind turbine and, more specifically, to a torque mode switch control system and method for a wind turbine, the system comprising: a rotation speed measuring unit for measuring the rotation speed of a generator in real time; a pitch controller for calculating the commanded pitch angle of a blade in real time; a pitch angle limiting device unit for determining the actual pitch angle of the blade by limiting the commanded pitch angle; a torque mode switch for selecting a mode value on the basis of the rotation speed measured by the rotation speed measuring unit and the pitch angle determined by the pitch controller and the pitch angle limiting device unit; and a torque controller for controlling the torque of the generator according to the mode value selected by the torque mode switch, thereby enabling a torque chattering problem, which is caused by the torque mode switch when a wind speed suddenly lowers from a level greater than or equal to a rated wind speed to a level less than or equal to the rated wind speed in the controlling of the torque of the wind turbine, to be prevented, and enabling the torque controller to be stably operated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de commande de commutation de mode de couple permettant de maintenir une sortie nominale d'une éolienne et, plus particulièrement, concerne un système et un procédé de commande de commutation de mode de couple destinés à une éolienne, le système comprenant : une unité de mesure de vitesse de rotation destinée à mesurer la vitesse de rotation d'un générateur en temps réel ; un dispositif de commande de pas destiné à calculer l'angle de pas commandé d'une pale en temps réel ; une unité de dispositif de limitation d'angle de pas destiné à déterminer l'angle de pas effectif de la pale par limitation de l'angle de pas commandé ; un commutateur de mode de couple destiné à sélectionner une valeur de mode sur la base de la vitesse de rotation mesurée par l'unité de mesure de vitesse de rotation et de l'angle de pas déterminé par le dispositif de commande de pas et l'unité de dispositif de limitation d'angle de pas ; et un dispositif de commande de couple destiné à commander le couple du générateur en fonction de la valeur de mode sélectionnée par le commutateur de mode de couple, de façon à permettre à un problème de broutement, qui est provoqué par le commutateur de mode couple lorsqu'une vitesse du vent diminue brutalement à partir d'un niveau supérieur ou égal à une vitesse du vent nominale jusqu'à un niveau inférieur ou égal à la vitesse du vent nominale dans la commande du couple de la turbine éolienne, d'être évité, et à permettre au dispositif de commande de couple de fonctionner de manière stable.
(KO) 본 발명은 풍력터빈의 정격출력 유지를 위한 토크모드스위치 제어시스템에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 보다 상세하게는 발전기 회전속도를 실시간으로 측정하는 회전속도 측정부; 블레이드의 피치 명령각을 실시간으로 계산하는 피치제어기; 피치 명령각을 제한하여 실제 블레이드의 피치각을 결정하는 피치각 제한장치부; 상기 회전속도 측정부에서 측정된 회전속도와 피치제어기와 피치각 제한장치부에서 결정된 피치각을 기준으로, 모드값을 선택하는 토크모드스위치; 및 상기 토크모드스위치에서 선택된 모드값에 따라 발전기의 토크를 제어하는 토크제어기를 포함하여, 풍력터빈의 토크제어 있어서 풍속이 정격풍속 이상에서 정격풍속 이하로 급격히 떨어질 때 토크모드스위치로 인해 발생하는 토크채터링 문제를 방지할 수 있고, 안정적으로 토크제어기를 작동시킬 수 있는 풍력터빈의 토크모드스위치 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
