Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a heat dissipation sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein a low-cost heat dissipation sheet is prepared by coating the surface of an aluminum sheet with graphite powder, or by attaching a graphite sheet to the surface of the aluminum sheet. Costs may be reduced, and domestic production may be achieved, by providing a feature comprising: (a) a step for preparing a graphite solution; (b) a step for spraying the graphite solution onto the surface of an aluminum sheet; (c) a step for irradiating with ultraviolet radiation, the aluminum sheet sprayed with the graphite solution in step (b) above; and (d) a step for forming a graphite coating layer by drying the sheet irradiated with ultraviolet radiation in step (c) above.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille de dissipation de chaleur et son procédé de fabrication, une feuille de dissipation de chaleur à bas coût étant préparée en revêtant la surface d'une feuille d'aluminium avec de la poudre de graphite, ou en fixant une feuille de graphite sur la surface de la feuille d'aluminium. Les coûts peuvent être réduits et la production domestique peut être réalisée en fournissant un élément comprenant : (a) une étape consistant à préparer une solution de graphite ; b) une étape consistant à vaporiser la solution de graphite sur la surface d'une feuille d'aluminium ; (c) une étape consistant à exposer à un rayonnement ultraviolet la feuille d'aluminium pulvérisée avec la solution de graphite au cours de l'étape b) ci-dessus ; et (d) une étape permettant de former une couche de revêtement de graphite en séchant la feuille exposée à un rayonnement ultraviolet au cours de l'étape c) ci-dessus.
(KO) 알루미늄 시트의 표면상에 그래파이트 파우더를 코팅 또는 그래파이트 시트를 부착하여 저비용의 열 분산 시트를 마련하는 열 분산 시트 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 그래파이트(graphite) 용액을 마련하는 단계, (b) 알루미늄 시트의 표면상에 상기 그래파이트 용액을 분사하는 단계, (c) 상기 단계 (b)에서 그래파이트 용액이 분사된 알루미늄 시트 상에 자외선을 조사하는 단계, (d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 자외선이 조사된 시트를 건조하여 그래파이트 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 구성을 마련하여, 원가를 저감하며 국산화를 실현할 수 있다.
