Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an integrated polarization interferometer and a snapshot spectrophotometer applying the same. The integrated polarization interferometer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a polarization beam splitter for separating incident composite waves; a first mirror attached to a first surface of the polarization beam splitter, for reflecting a first polarization transmitted through the polarization beam splitter to the polarization beam splitter; and a second mirror attached to a second surface of the polarization beam splitter, for reflecting a second polarization transmitted through the polarization beam splitter to the polarization beam splitter. Accordingly, it is possible to measure spectroscopic polarization phenomenon snapshots resistant to disturbances due to an external vibration and the like by using the integrated polarization interferometer, thereby improving repeatability and accuracy of measurement.
(FR) L'invention concerne un interféromètre de polarisation intégré et un spectrophotomètre instantané appliquant ce dernier. L'interféromètre de polarisation intégré selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un séparateur de faisceau de polarisation pour séparer des ondes composites incidentes ; un premier miroir fixé à une première surface du séparateur de faisceau de polarisation, pour réfléchir une première polarisation transmise à travers le séparateur de faisceau de polarisation vers le séparateur de faisceau de polarisation ; et un second miroir fixé à une seconde surface du séparateur de faisceau de polarisation, pour réfléchir une seconde polarisation transmise à travers le séparateur de faisceau de polarisation vers le séparateur de faisceau de polarisation. En conséquence, il est possible de mesurer des instantanés de phénomène de polarisation spectroscopiques résistant à des perturbations dues à une vibration externe et analogue, à l'aide de l'interféromètre de polarisation intégré, ce qui améliore la répétabilité et précision de la mesure.
(KO) 일체형 편광간섭계 및 이를 적용한 스냅샷 분광편광계가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 일체형 편광간섭계는, 입사되는 복합파를 분리하는 편광 빔 스플리터, 편광 빔 스플리터의 제1 면에 부착되어 편광 빔 스플리터를 투과한 제1 편광을 편광 빔 스플리터로 반사하는 제1 미러 및 편광 빔 스플리터의 제2 면에 부착되어 편광 빔 스플리터에서 반사된 제2 편광을 편광 빔 스플리터로 반사하는 제2 미러를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 일체형 편광간섭계를 이용하여 외부 진동 등에 의한 외란에 강인한 분광편광 현상 스냅샷 측정이 가능해져, 측정의 반복도와 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
