(KO) 인조석 판재 생산방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing an imitation stone board, and more specifically to a method for producing an imitation stone board in which imitation stones, which are high strength and light weight and used as material for outer structural walls of a structure, are produced as a thin imitation stone board, thereby inhibiting bending (bending deformation) phenomena from occurring while allowing mass production. To that end, the present invention comprises: a base board forming step (S6) for forming a base board by pouring base material, comprising water, aggregates and raw material, into a molding frame; a steam curing step (S7) for primarily evaporating moisture from the base board while preventing cracks; a naturally curing step (S8) for secondarily evaporating the steam cured base board while hardening at a high temperature; and a stone cutting step (S9) for cutting the naturally cured base board into a board of required thickness.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une plaque en pierre factice, et plus particulièrement un procédé de production d'une plaque en pierre factice dans laquelle des pierres factices, présentant une résistance élevée et un faible poids et étant utilisées comme matériau pour parois structurales extérieures d'une structure, sont produites sous forme de plaque mince en pierre factice, inhibant ainsi l’apparition du phénomène de flexion (déformation par flexion), tout en permettant une production en série. À cet effet, la présente invention comprend : une étape de formation de plaque de base (S6) destinée à la formation d'une plaque de base par versement d’un matériau de base, comprenant de l'eau, des agrégats et un matériau brut dans un châssis de moulage ; une étape de durcissement à la vapeur (S7) destinée à l'évaporation principale de l'humidité de la plaque de base tout en empêchant les craquelures ; une étape de durcissement naturel (S8) destinée à l’évaporation secondaire de la plaque de base durcie à la vapeur tout en se solidifiant à haute température ; et une étape de coupe de pierre (S9) destinée à la découpe de la plaque de base durcie naturellement en une plaque d’une épaisseur requise.
(KO) 본 발명은 인조석 판재 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 외벽재로 사용되는 고강도이면서 경량의 인조석을 얇은 두께의 인조석 판재으로 제조함에 있어, 휨(굽힘변형) 발생을 억제시키면서 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 인조석 판재 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본원 발명은 물, 골재 및 원자재를 포함하는 원료를 성형틀에 부어 원판를 형성하는 원판형성단계(S6); 원판의 크랙을 방지하면서 수분을 1차 증발시키는 스팀양생단계(S7); 스팀양생된 원판를 상온에서 경화시키면서 수분을 2차 증발시키는 자연양생단계(S8): 및 자연양생된 원판를 필요로 하는 두께의 판재로 분할하는 할석단계(S9);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
