Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a seawater desalination apparatus comprising: a body with a hollow portion formed of a cylindrical housing having an upper surface and a bottom surface, the hollow portion receiving seawater supplied from the outside to the inside at a predetermined height, wherein the upper surface has a condensation surface of which the cross section is recessed in an arc shape protruding downward; a partition plate disposed in a transverse direction inside the body to divide the hollow portion into an upper evaporation chamber and a lower heat exchange chamber and having an inlet hole communicating with the heat exchange chamber and the evaporation chamber formed thereinside; a heating means, disposed above the partition plate, for heating and evaporating the seawater raised through the inlet hole; a hopper-shaped collecting port installed upright through the partition plate in the evaporation chamber; a heat exchange part which is disposed in the heat exchange chamber and has a lower portion which is bent in a spiral shape; and a discharge pipe connected to the outside from the lower portion of the body at the lower end of the apparatus, wherein the seawater introduced into the evaporation chamber is evaporated by the heating means to generate steam; condensed water liquefied on the condensation surface alongside high-temperature steam are introduced into the discharge pipe and flows through the heat exchange part; and the heat of the steam is gradually transferred to the seawater so that the steam is liquefied, and as a result, low-temperature condensed water is discharged to the outside.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de dessalement d'eau de mer qui comprend : un corps doté d'une partie creuse formée d'un boîtier cylindrique ayant une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure, la partie creuse recevant l'eau de mer fournie de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur à une hauteur prédéterminée, la surface supérieure ayant une surface de condensation dont la section transversale est renfoncée en forme d'arc faisant saillie vers le bas ; une cloison disposée dans une direction transversale à l'intérieur du corps pour diviser la partie creuse en une chambre d'évaporation supérieure et une chambre d'échange de chaleur inférieure et ayant un trou d'entrée communiquant avec la chambre d'échange de chaleur et la chambre d'évaporation formées à l'intérieur ; un moyen de chauffage, disposé au-dessus de la cloison, pour chauffer et évaporer l'eau de mer élevée à travers le trou d'entrée ; un orifice de collecte en forme de trémie, installé verticalement à travers la cloison dans la chambre d'évaporation ; une partie d'échange de chaleur qui est disposée dans la chambre d'échange de chaleur et a une partie inférieure qui est courbée en forme de spirale ; et un tuyau d'évacuation relié à l'extérieur depuis la partie inférieure du corps au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure de l'appareil, l'eau de mer introduite dans la chambre d'évaporation étant évaporée par le moyen de chauffage pour générer de la vapeur ; l'eau condensée liquéfiée sur la surface de condensation avec la vapeur à haute température sont introduites dans le tuyau d'évacuation et s'écoulent à travers la partie d'échange de chaleur ; et la chaleur de la vapeur est progressivement transférée à l'eau de mer de telle sorte que la vapeur est liquéfiée et, par conséquent, l'eau condensée à basse température est évacuée vers l'extérieur.
(KO) 본 발명은 상부면과 바닥면이 구비된 원통형의 함체로 형성되어 내측에 외부에서 공급된 해수가 소정의 높이로 수용되는 중공부가 구비되고, 상부면은 단면이 하부로 돌출된 원호의 형상으로 함몰된 응결면이 구비된 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 내부에서 가로방향으로 배치되어 중공부를 상부의 증발실과 하부의 열교환실로 분할하며, 내측에 열교환실과 증발실을 연통시키는 유입공이 형성된 분할판과, 상기 분할판의 상부에 배치되어 유입공을 통해 상승된 해수를 가열하여 증발시키는 가열수단과, 상기 분할판을 관통하여 입설되되, 증발실에 배치된 상측단부에는 호퍼형상의 채집구가 구비되며, 열교환실에 배치된 하부는 나선형으로 절곡된 열교환부가 구비되고, 하측단부는 몸체의 하부에서 외부로 연결되는 배출관을 포함하여, 증발실로 유입된 해수는 가열수단에 의해 증발되어 수증기를 발생시키고, 고온의 수증기와 응결면에서 액화된 응결수가 채집구를 통해 배출관으로 유입되어 열교환부를 통해 이동하며, 점차 수증기가 가진 열을 해수로 전달하면서 액화되어 외부로 저온의 응결수를 배수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수담수화장치에 관한 것이다.
