Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a vertical type friction boiler and a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to a vertical type friction boiler and a method for manufacturing the same, the vertical type friction boiler comprising: a housing (130) having a first inlet (110) formed on the lower portion thereof and having a first outlet (120) formed on the upper portion thereof; a friction body (131) installed to contact the inner surface of the housing (130) and to be spaced from the upper and lower surfaces of the interior of the housing (130) by predetermined intervals; a motor (150) coupled to the upper portion of the housing (130), a rotating shaft (151) being coupled to the lower portion of the motor (150); a driving shaft (170) having one end fastened to the rotating shaft (151) and the other end rotatably fastened to a lower finish plate (190) inside the housing (130); and a rotating body (180) fastened to the driving shaft (170), wherein the lower finish plate (190) is installed to be spaced from the lower end of the housing (130) by a predetermined interval. The present invention has noticeable advantages in that water, which has been discharged to the outside via a hole in the rotating body, contacts the friction body, and the resulting inner friction (fluid friction) heats the water; and a protruding piece is formed on the inner peripheral edge of the rotating body, a hole being formed in the protruding piece, such that the temperature of water is also increased inside the rotating body.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une chaudière verticale à friction et son procédé de fabrication, la chaudière verticale à friction comprenant : un boîtier (130) comportant une première entrée (110) formée sur sa partie inférieure et une première sortie (120) formée sur sa partie supérieure ; un corps de friction (131) conçu pour se mettre en contact avec la face interne du boîtier (130) et pour être séparé des faces supérieure et inférieure de l'intérieur du boîtier (130) par des intervalles prédéfinis ; un moteur (150) accouplé à la partie supérieure du boîtier (130), un arbre tournant (151) étant accouplé à la partie inférieure du moteur (150) ; un arbre d'entraînement (170) comportant une extrémité fixée à l'arbre tournant (151) et l'autre extrémité fixée de manière rotative à une plaque de finition inférieure (190) à l'intérieur du boîtier (130) ; et un corps tournant (180) fixé à l'arbre d'entraînement (170), la plaque de finition inférieure (190) étant installée de manière à être séparée de l'extrémité inférieure du boîtier (130) par un intervalle prédéfini. La présente invention présente des avantages appréciables du fait que l'eau, évacuée vers l'extérieur par l'intermédiaire d'un trou dans le corps tournant, se met en contact avec le corps de friction, et la friction interne résultante (friction fluide) permet de chauffer l'eau ; et une pièce saillante est formée sur le bord périphérique interne du corps tournant, un trou étant formé dans la pièce saillante de sorte que la température de l'eau soit également augmentée à l'intérieur du corps tournant.
(KO) 본 발명은 수직형 마찰보일러 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하부에는 제1 유입구(110)가 형성되고, 상부에는 제1 유출구(120)가 형성된 하우징(130)과; 상기 하우징(130)의 내측면에 접촉하여 설치되되, 상기 하우징(130) 내부의 상, 하면 사이에서 일정간격 이격되어 설치되는 마찰몸체(131)와; 상기 하우징(130)의 상부에 결합되며 하부에 회전축(151)이 결합된 모터(150)와; 상기 회전축(151)에 일단이 체결되고, 타단은 하우징(130)의 내부에서 하부마감플레이트(190)에 회전가능하도록 체결되는 구동축(170)과; 상기 구동축(170)에 체결되는 회전몸체(180); 로 이루어지되, 상기 하부마감플레이트(190)는 하우징(130)의 하단부에서 일정간격 이격되어 설치되는 것을 포함하는 수직형 마찰보일러 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 회전몸체의 홀을 통하여 외부로 배출된 물이 마찰몸체에 접촉하여 내부 마찰(유체마찰)에 의해 물을 가열하며, 회전몸체의 내주연에는 홀이 형성된 돌기편을 형성하여 회전몸체 내부에서도 물을 온도를 상승시키는 현저한 효과가 있다.
