Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing an elvan-stone sheet with excellent chemical resistance and waterproofing. A production method according to the present invention comprises a step of applying a first glaze comprising methyl-triethoxysilane or 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, isopropanol, zeolite, silica sol, frit, a second glaze comprising silica sol, titania, or aluminasol, and a coloring metal ion pigment, and a third glaze comprising aqueous potassium methylsilicone to a surface of a dried elvan-stone sheet, and then drying and firing the same. The present invention has an advantage of being able to manufacture an elvan-stone sheet for building interior and exterior materials with excellent chemical resistance and waterproofing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une plaque de roche elvan ayant d'excellentes résistance chimique et étanchéité. Un procédé de production selon la présente invention comprend une étape d'application d'une première glaçure comprenant du méthyl-triéthoxysilane ou du 3-glycidyloxypropyltriméthoxysilane, du γ-aminopropyltriéthoxysilane, de l'isopropanol, de la zéolite, un sol de silice, une fritte, une deuxième glaçure comprenant un sol de silice, de l'oxyde de titane ou un sol d'alumine, et un pigment à ion métallique colorant, et une troisième glaçure comprenant de la méthylsilicone de potassium aqueuse sur une surface d'une plaque de roche elvan séchée, puis le séchage et la cuisson de celle-ci. La présente invention présente l'avantage de permettre de fabriquer une plaque de roche elvan pour construire des matériaux d'intérieurs et extérieurs ayant d'excellente résistance chimique et étanchéité.
(KO) 본 발명은 내화학성 및 방수성이 우수한 맥반석 판재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 건조된 맥반석 판재의 표면에 메틸-트리에톡시실란 또는 3-글리시딜옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, γ-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, 이소프로판올, 제올라이트, 실리카 졸, 프리트를 포함하는 제1유약, 실리카 졸, 티타니아, 또는 알루미나졸, 및 착색금속이온 안료를 포함하는 제2유약, 및 수용성 포타슘 메틸실리콘을 포함하는 제3유약을 도포한 후 건조 및 소성시키는 단계를 포함하며, 이는 내화학성 및 방수성이 우수한 건축 내외장재용 맥반석 판재를 제조할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
