Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a laser processing method using the inclination angle of a laser beam. The disclosed laser processing method is to remove an edge portion of a workpiece loaded on a stage by irradiating the laser beam to the edge portion. The method comprises the steps of: passing the laser beam through a focusing lens; and irradiating the edge of the workpiece with a tilted beam including an outer surface inclined with respect to the central axis of the focusing lens among the laser beams having passed through the focusing lens. The edge portion of the workpiece is processed to be oblique so as to correspond to the outer surface of the inclined beam.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement par laser utilisant l'angle d'inclinaison d'un faisceau laser. Le procédé décrit de traitement par laser vise à enlever une partie de bord d'une pièce chargée sur une platine en rayonnant le faisceau laser vers la partie de bord. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à: faire passer le faisceau laser à travers une lentille de focalisation; et irradier le bord de la pièce à l'aide d'un faisceau incliné comprenant une surface extérieure inclinée par rapport à l'axe central de la lentille de focalisation parmi les faisceaux laser ayant traversé la lentille de focalisation. La partie de bord de la pièce est traitée pour être oblique de façon à correspondre à la surface extérieure du faisceau incliné.
(KO) 레이저 빔의 경사각을 이용한 레이저 가공방법이 개시된다. 개시된 레이저 가공방법은 스테이지에 적재된 가공대상물의 가장자리 부분에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 상기 가장자리 부분을 제거하는 방법으로, 상기 레이저 빔을 집속 렌즈에 통과시키는 단계; 및 상기 집속 렌즈를 통과한 상기 레이저 빔 중 상기 집속 렌즈의 중심축에 대해 경사진 외면을 포함하는 경사빔을 상기 가공대상물의 가장자리에 조사하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 가공대상물의 가장자리 부분은 상기 경사빔의 외면에 대응하여 경사지게 가공된다.
