Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an automatic water supply apparatus for a liquid feed using a potential difference, which supplies a feed to a feeder plate located at the bottom thereof via a lower outlet of a feed supply part of a hopper case containing the feed and in which a water supply part is coupled to the upper part of the feeding plate, separate from the hopper case, to supply pigs with liquid feed mixed with feed and water, wherein the water supply unit comprises: a water supply pipe (80) installed to receive water to be supplied to the feeder plate (30); a solenoid valve installed in a part of the water supply pipe (80) and being opened or closed so as to control the flow of water to be moved according to a voltage signal of a control unit; a potential sensing pin (110) spaced apart at a certain height from the upper surface of the feeder plate (30); a circuit unit for generating an actual required measurement value through a voltage sensed by the potential sensing pin (110); and the control unit for controlling the solenoid valve through the measured value of the circuit unit, wherein the circuit unit comprises: a pin voltage input unit (121) connected to the potential sensing pin (110) and receiving a voltage; a reference voltage unit (122) always having the same voltage; and a voltage detection unit (123) varying in voltage in the presence of moisture in the vicinity of the potential sensing pin (110), and the control unit controls whether to open or close the solenoid valve according to the voltage measured by the voltage detection unit (123).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de distribution d'eau automatique pour un distributeur de liquide utilisant une différence de potentiel, qui distribue une alimentation vers une plaque d'alimentation située à la base de celui-ci par l'intermédiaire d'une sortie inférieure d'une partie de distribution d'aliment d'un boîtier de trémie contenant l'aliment et dans lequel une partie de distribution d'eau est couplée à la partie supérieure de la plaque d'alimentation, séparément du boîtier de trémie, pour fournir à des porcs un aliment liquide mélangé avec un aliment et de l'eau, dans lequel l'unité de distribution d'eau comprend : un tuyau de distribution d'eau (80) installé pour recevoir de l'eau destinée à être distribuée à la plaque d'alimentation (30); une électrovanne installée dans une partie du tuyau de distribution d'eau (80) et étant ouverte ou fermée de façon à réguler le débit d'eau de façon à être déplacé en fonction d'un signal de tension d'une unité de commande; une broche de détection de potentiel (110) espacée à une certaine hauteur de la surface supérieure de la plaque d'alimentation (30); une unité de circuit pour générer une valeur de mesure requise réelle par l'intermédiaire d'une tension détectée par la broche de détection de potentiel (110); une unité de commande pour commander l'électrovanne par l'intermédiaire de la valeur mesurée de l'unité de circuit, l'unité de circuit comprenant : une unité d'entrée de tension de broche (121) connectée à la broche de détection de potentiel (110), et recevant une tension; une unité de tension de référence (122) ayant toujours la même tension; et une unité de détection de tension (123) variant en tension en présence d'humidité au voisinage de la broche de détection de potentiel (110), et l'unité de commande détermine si elle doit ouvrir ou fermer l'électrovanne en fonction de la tension mesurée par l'unité de détection de tension (123).
(KO) 본발명은 전위차를 이용한 액상급이기의 물 자동 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 사료가 들어 있는 호퍼 케이스의 사료공급부 하부 출구통을 통해 사료가 바닥에 위치한 급이기판에 공급하며, 호퍼 케이스와 별도로 물공급부가 상기 급이기판 상부에 연결되어 있어 돼지에게 사료와 물이 혼합된 액상사료를 공급하는 전위차를 이용한 액상 급이기의 물 자동 공급장치에 있어서, 상기 물공급부는 급이기판(30)으로 공급되어질 물을 공급받기 위해 설치되는 물공급관(80)과, 상기 물공급관(80)의 일부에 설치되어 이동되는 물을 제어부의 전압신호에 따라 이동여부를 제어할 수 있도록 개폐되는 솔레노이드밸브와, 상기 급이기판(30) 상면에서 일정높이로 이격되어 설치되는 전위감지핀(110)과, 상기 전위감지핀(110)에서 감지된 전압을 통해 실제 필요한 측정값을 생성하는 회로부와, 상기 회로부의 측정값을 통해 솔레노이드밸브를 제어하는 제어부로 이루어지고, 상기 회로부는 전위감지핀(110)에 연결되어 전압을 입력받는 핀전압입력부(121)와, 항상 동일한 전압을 가지는 기준전압부(122)와, 전위감지핀(110) 주변에 닿는 습기가 있을 경우 전압이 달라지는 전압검출부(123)를 포함하는 것으로, 상기 전압검출부(123)에서 측정되는 전압에 따라 제어부에서 솔레노이드밸브의 개폐여부를 제어하는 것이다.
