Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hard twisted air-jet spun yarn by using only a cellulose fiber or a mixture fiber of polyester and the cellulose fiber. The present invention can provide a hard twisted air-jet spun yarn having a clean appearance and excellent friction resistance by reducing hairiness and improving strength and elongation over that of a hard twisted ring-spun yarn, which is normal yarn, while maximizing the performance of a tactile sensation like that of a hard twisted yarn.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un filé de fibres dur et torsadé par jet d'air en utilisant uniquement une fibre de cellulose ou un mélange de fibre de polyester et de fibre de cellulose. La présente invention peut fournir un filé de fibres dur et torsadé par jet d'air ayant un aspect propre et une excellente résistance aux frottements en réduisant la filandrosité et en améliorant la résistance et l'allongement par rapport à ceux d'un filé de fibres dur et torsadé à anneaux tout en maximisant la performance d'une sensation tactile comme celle d'un fil torsadé dur.
(KO) 본 발명은 셀룰로오즈 파이버만으로 또는 폴리에스터와 셀룰로오즈파이버의 혼합파이버를 사용하여 강연 에어젯트 방적사를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서 본 발명에 의해서 강연사와 같은 촉감의 성능은 극대화시키면서 일반사인 강연 링방적사보다 강력과 신도를 개선하며 모우를 감소시켜 깨끗한 외관, 내마찰성이 우수한 강연 에어젯트방적사를 제공할 수 있다.
