Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a purification method whereby a filling device can be deodorized in less time than with conventional purification methods. This purification method is provided with a sterilization step in which at least a filling device (8) is sterilized either periodically or when the type of liquid product being filled is switched in an aseptic filling system (1) provided with the filling device (8) for filling individual containers (9) with predetermined amounts of a liquid product. Preceding the sterilization step (#5) is an air supply step (#3) in which air is supplied to the filling device which has discharged the liquid product and become empty, and following the air supply step (#3) is a liquid supply step (#4) in which a rinsing liquid is supplied to the filling device (8).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de purification selon lequel un dispositif de remplissage peut être désodorisé en moins de temps qu'avec les procédés de purification classiques. Ce procédé de purification comporte une étape de stérilisation dans laquelle au moins un dispositif de remplissage (8) est stérilisé périodiquement ou lorsque le type de produit liquide rempli est commuté dans un système de remplissage aseptique (1) comportant le dispositif de remplissage (8) pour remplir des récipients individuels (9) avec des quantités prédéterminées d'un produit liquide. Avant l'étape de stérilisation (#5), il y a une étape d'alimentation en air (#3) dans laquelle l'air est fourni au dispositif de remplissage qui a évacué le produit liquide et devient vide et, après l'étape d'alimentation en air (#3), il y a une étape d'alimentation en liquide (#4) dans laquelle un liquide de rinçage est fourni au dispositif de remplissage (8).
