Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a charging roller which inhibits detachment of particles from a surface layer, and wear and shaving of the particles, said detachment, wear, and shaving being caused by contact with another member such as a photosensitive body during use. This charging roller is provided with: a shaft 1; and an elastic layer 2 and a surface layer 3 which are sequentially formed on the outer circumference of the shaft 1. The surface layer 3 comprises a mixture of particles and a surface-layer resin composition. The tensile elongation at break of the surface-layer resin composition is at least 51%. The reaction force of the particles when compressed by 1 µm is 1.0-10.3 mN.
(FR) La présente invention vise à pourvoir à un rouleau de charge qui empêche le détachement de particules d'une couche superficielle, ainsi que l'usure et le rasage des particules, lesdits détachement, usure et rasage étant provoqués par l'entrée en contact avec un autre élément, tel qu'un corps photosensible, lors de l'utilisation. Ce rouleau de charge est pourvu : d'un arbre (1) ; ainsi que d'une couche élastique (2) et d'une couche superficielle (3) qui sont formées successivement sur la circonférence extérieure de l'arbre (1). La couche superficielle (3) comprend un mélange de particules et une composition de résine de couche superficielle. L'allongement en traction à la rupture de la composition de résine de couche superficielle est d'au moins 51 %. La force de réaction des particules lorsqu'elles subissent une compression de 1 µm est de 1,0 à 10,3 mN.
