Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar cell which exhibits excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency, and in which a decrease in photoelectric conversion efficiency caused by continuous exposure to light (photodegradation) is suppressed, and which has little corrosion of a photoelectric conversion layer. The present invention is a solar cell which has a structure obtained by laminating a cathode (2), an electron transport layer (3), a photoelectric conversion layer (4) and an anode (6) in that order, wherein the photoelectric conversion layer (4) contains an organic-inorganic perovskite compound represented by general formula R-M-X3 (here, R is an organic molecule, M is a metal atom, and X is a halogen atom or a chalcogen atom), and the cathode (2) comprises a titanium material and has an oxide layer on at least one surface.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de pourvoir à une cellule solaire qui présente un excellent rendement de conversion photoélectrique, et dans laquelle une diminution du rendement de conversion photoélectrique causée par une exposition continue à la lumière (photodégradation) est supprimée, et qui présente une faible corrosion d'une couche de conversion photoélectrique. La présente invention porte une cellule solaire dont la structure est obtenue par stratification d'une cathode (2), d'une couche de transport d'électrons (3), d'une couche de conversion photoélectrique (4) et d'une anode (6) dans cet ordre, la couche de conversion photoélectrique (4) contenant un composé pérovskite organique-inorganique représenté par la formule générale R-M-X3 (dans laquelle R est une molécule organique, M est un atome de métal, et X représente un atome d'halogène ou un atome de chalcogène), et la cathode (2) comprenant un matériau à base de titane et comportant une couche d'oxyde sur au moins une surface.
(JA) 本発明は、光電変換効率に優れ、光を照射し続けることによる光電変換効率の低下(光劣化)が抑制された、光電変換層の腐食が少ない太陽電池を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、陰極(2)、電子輸送層(3)、光電変換層(4)及び陽極(6)がこの順に積層された構造を有する太陽電池であって、前記光電変換層(4)は、一般式R-M-X3(但し、Rは有機分子、Mは金属原子、Xはハロゲン原子又はカルコゲン原子である。)で表される有機無機ペロブスカイト化合物を含み、前記陰極(2)は、チタン材料からなり、少なくとも一方の表面に酸化層を有する太陽電池である。
