Abstract:
(EN) To provide a polyisocyanate composition in which hysteresis loss in a low-density region in soft polyurethane foam is reduced. The problem is solved by a modified polyphenylene-polymethylene-polyisocyanate composition (C) for soft polyurethane foam, the composition (C) being obtained by allophanating a polyphenylene-polymethylene-polyisocyanate (A) that has a specific component ratio range using a monool (B) that has a specific oxyethylene unit content span as well as a specific initiator functional group number span.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la fourniture d’une composition de polyisocyanate dans laquelle la perte d’hystérésis dans une région de faible densité dans une mousse de polyuréthane souple est réduite. Le problème est résolu par une composition de polyphénylène-polyméthylène-polyisocyanate modifié (C) pour mousse de polyuréthane souple, la composition (C) étant obtenue par allophanation d’un polyphénylène-polyméthylène-polyisocyanate (A) qui a une plage de rapport de composants spécifique au moyen d’un monool (B) qui a une plage spécifique de teneur en motif oxyéthylène ainsi qu'une plage spécifique de nombre de groupes fonctionnels initiateurs.
(JA) 軟質ポリウレタンフォームにおいて低密度領域で低ヒステリシスロスとなるポリイソシアネート組成物を提供する。 特定の成分比率範囲にあるポリフェニレンポリメチレンポリイソシアネート(A)を特定のオキシエチレンユニット含有量幅で、かつ特定の開始剤官能基数幅にあるモノオール(B)にてアロファネート化することにより得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォーム用変性ポリフェニレンポリメチレンポリイソシアネート組成物(C)により解決する。
