Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a polymer latex production method that comprises an emulsificatoin step for obtaining an emulsion by emulsifying, in water and in the presence of a surfactant, a polymer solution obtained by dissolving, in an organic solvent, a synthetic polyisoprene and/or a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer that has a molecular weight distribution of 1.0-2.6. The polymer latex production method is characterized by use of a synthetic polyisoprene and/or a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer that, when dissolved in the organic solvent so as to be made into a polymer solution that has a viscosity of 20,000 cps at 60℃, has a solid content concentration of 10-60 weight%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de latex de polymère qui comprend une étape d’émulsification pour obtenir une émulsion par émulsification, dans de l'eau et en présence d'un tensioactif, d’une solution de polymère obtenue par dissolution, dans un solvant organique, d’un polyisoprène synthétique et/ou d'un copolymère séquencé styrène-isoprène-styrène qui présente une distribution de poids moléculaire de 1,0 à 2,6. Le procédé de production de latex de polymère est caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un polyisoprène synthétique et/ou d'un copolymère séquencé styrène-isoprène-styrène qui, lorsqu'il est dissous dans le solvant organique de façon à être transformé en solution de polymère qui a une viscosité de 20 000 cps à 60 °C, présente une concentration de matières solides de 10 à 60 % en poids.
(JA) 分子量分布が1.0~2.6である合成ポリイソプレンおよび/またはスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体が、有機溶媒中に溶解してなる重合体溶液を、界面活性剤の存在下に、水中で乳化させることで、乳化液を得る乳化工程を備える重合体ラテックスの製造方法であって、前記合成ポリイソプレンおよび/またはスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体として、有機溶媒中に溶解させることにより、温度60℃における粘度が20,000cpsである重合体溶液とした場合に、固形分濃度が10~60重量%の範囲となるものを用いることを特徴とする重合体ラテックスの製造方法を提供する。
