Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rubber composition for tires with which it is possible to redue the rolling resistance of pneumatic tires together with improving the wet grip performance, on-snow performance, and workability to above the conventional levels. A total of 45-65 parts by mass of an aromatic modified terpene resin having a softening point of 100°C or higher and an oil are blended with 100 parts by mass of a rubber component comprising 20-40 mass% of butadiene rubber and 80-60 mass% of another diene rubber including emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber E-SBR1 having a bound styrene content of 30 mass% or less and emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber E-SBR2 having a bound styrene content of 35 mass% or higher; the E-SBR1 occupies 85-92 mass% in 100 mass% of the emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, and the ratio (WB/WT) of the amount of butadiene rubber blended (WB) and the amount of aromatic modified terpene resin blended (WT) is 0.5-3.0.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc pour pneus qui permet de reduire la résistance au roulement des pneus tout en améliorant les performances d'adhérence sur sol humide, les performances sur neige et la maniabilité au-dessus des niveaux classiques. Un total de 45 à 65 parties en masse d'une résine de terpène modifiée par un aromatique ayant un point de ramollissement supérieur ou égal à 100 °C et une huile sont mélangées avec 100 parties en masse d'un composant de caoutchouc comprenant 20 à 40 % en masse de caoutchouc butadiène et 80 à 60 % en masse d'un autre caoutchouc diénique comprenant du caoutchouc styrène-butadiène polymérisé en émulsion E-SBR1 ayant une teneur en styrène lié de 30 % en masse ou moins et du caoutchouc styrène-butadiène polymérisé en émulsion E-SBR2 ayant une teneur en styrène lié de 35 % en masse ou plus ; le E-SBR1 occupe 85 à 92 % en masse dans 100 % en masse du caoutchouc styrène-butadiène polymérisé en émulsion, et le rapport (WB/WT) de la quantité de caoutchouc butadiène mélangé (WB) et la quantité de résine de terpène modifiée par un aromatique mélangé (WT) va de 0,5 à 3,0.
(JA) 空気入りタイヤの転がり抵抗を低減すると共に、ウェットグリップ性能、雪上性能および加工性を従来レベル以上に向上するようにしたタイヤ用ゴム組成物を提供する。ブタジエンゴム20~40質量%及び結合スチレン量30質量%以下の乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムE-SBR1及び結合スチレン量35質量%以上の乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムE-SBR2を含む他のジエン系ゴム80~60質量%からなるゴム成分100質量部に、軟化点が100℃以上の芳香族変性テルペン樹脂及びオイルを合計で45~65質量部配合し、前記E-SBR1が乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴム100質量%中の85~92質量%を占め、前記ブタジエンゴムの配合量(WB)と前記芳香族変性テルペン樹脂の配合量(WT)の比(WB/WT)が0.5~3.0である。
