Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, the outer end in the radial direction of an annularly-formed inner wheel element (15a) made of a metal, etc., is embedded in an annularly-formed outer wheel element (16a) which has worm wheel tooth parts (19a) on the outer circumferential surface thereof and which is made of a synthetic resin. The outer circumferential surface of the inner wheel element (15a) overlapping, in the radial direction, with sections at which the worm wheel tooth parts (19a) and worm tooth parts are engaged with each other, is defined as a cylindrical surface section (24). This configuration enables achievement of a structure in which manufacturing error of the worm wheel tooth parts to be engaged with the worm tooth parts can be inhibited.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, l'extrémité externe dans la direction radiale d'un élément de roue interne de forme annulaire (15a) constitué de métal et autres est intégrée dans un élément de roue externe de forme annulaire (16a) qui présente des parties dents de roue hélicoïdale (19a) sur sa surface circonférentielle externe et qui est constitué d'une résine synthétique. La surface circonférentielle externe de l'élément de roue interne (15a) chevauche, dans la direction radiale, des sections au niveau desquelles les parties dents de roue hélicoïdale (19a) et les parties dents de vis sans fin sont en prises les unes avec les autres, est définie comme une section de surface cylindrique (24). Cette configuration permet d'obtenir une structure dans laquelle l'erreur de fabrication des parties dents de roue hélicoïdale devant venir en prise avec les parties dents de vis sans fin peut être évitée.
(JA) 合成樹脂製で円環状に構成され、外周面にウォームホイール歯部(19a)を有する外側ホイール素子(16a)により、金属等により円環状に構成された内側ホイール素子(15a)の径方向外端部を包埋する。ウォームホイール歯部(19a)とウォーム歯部との噛合部に対して径方向に重畳する内側ホイール素子(15a)の外周面を円筒面部(24)とする。これにより、ウォーム歯部と噛合するウォームホイール歯部の製造誤差を抑えられる構造を実現する。
