Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention: a first concave/convex section (23) is provided to an outer diameter-side peripheral surface of a first annular concavity (22) provided to one axial direction side surface of an inner wheel element (15a); and a second concave/convex section (49) is provided to a bottom surface of a second annular concavity (38) provided to another axial direction side surface of the inner wheel element (15a). An outer peripheral section of the inner wheel element (15a) is embedded in an outer wheel element (16a), the outer peripheral surface of the inner wheel element (15a) being a cylindrical surface section (24); also, some of a synthetic resin constituting the outer wheel element (16a) is brought into a plurality of concavities constituting the first concave/convex section (23) and second concave/convex section (49). Due to this configuration, a structure is implemented with which manufacturing errors in a worm wheel tooth section provided to the outer peripheral surface of the outer wheel are suppressed, while the retaining force of the outer wheel element, made of synthetic resin, on the inner wheel element, made of metal, is also ensured.
(FR) Dans la présente invention : une première section concave/convexe (23) est prévue sur une surface périphérique du côté diamètre extérieur d'une première concavité annulaire (22) prévue sur une surface latérale de direction axiale d'un élément de roue intérieure (15a); et une seconde section concave/convexe (49) est prévue sur une surface inférieure d'une seconde concavité annulaire (38) prévue sur une autre surface latérale de direction axiale de l'élément de roue interne (15a). Une section périphérique extérieure de l'élément de roue interne (15a) est incorporée dans un élément de roue extérieur (16a), la surface périphérique extérieure de l'élément de roue interne (15a) étant une section de surface cylindrique (24); en outre, une petite partie de la résine synthétique constituant l'élément de roue externe (16a) est introduite dans une pluralité de concavités constituant la première section concave/convexe (23) et la seconde section concave/convexe (49). En raison de cette configuration, une structure est implémentée qui permet de supprimer des erreurs de fabrication dans une section de dent de roue à vis sans fin prévue sur la surface périphérique extérieure de la roue externe, tout en assurant la force de retenue de l'élément de roue externe, en résine synthétique, sur l'élément de roue interne en métal.
(JA) 内側ホイール素子(15a)の軸方向片側面に設けられた第一環状凹部(22)の外径側周面に第一凹凸部(23)を設けると共に、内側ホイール素子(15a)の軸方向他側面に設けられた第二環状凹部(38)の底面に第二凹凸部(49)を設ける。内側ホイール素子(15a)の外周面を円筒面部(24)として、内側ホイール素子(15a)の外周部を外側ホイール素子(16a)に包埋すると共に、外側ホイール素子(16a)を構成する合成樹脂の一部を、第一凹凸部(23)及び第二凹凸部(49)を構成する複数の凹部に入り込ませる。これにより、金属製の内側ホイール素子に対する合成樹脂製の外側ホイール素子の保持力を確保しつつ、外側ホイールの外周面に設けられるウォームホイール歯部の製造誤差を抑えられる構造を実現する。
