Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to: (A) a photosensitive side chain-type polymer exhibiting liquid crystallinity in a prescribed temperature range; (B) a reactive mesogen compound; and (C) a polymer composition containing an organic solvent. Provided according to the present invention are: a liquid crystal alignment film that is imparted, at high efficiency, with alignment control abilities and that has excellent burn-in characteristics, a polymer composition providing the same, and a transverse electric field-driven liquid crystal display element.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : (A) un polymère de type chaîne latérale photosensible faisant preuve d’une cristallinité liquide dans une plage de températures prescrite ; (B) un composé mésogène réactif ; et (C) une composition polymère contenant un solvant organique. Selon la présente invention sont décrits : un film d’alignement de cristaux liquides auquel il est conféré, à efficacité élevée, des capacités de contrôle d’alignement et qui présente d’excellentes caractéristiques de rodage fonctionnel, une composition polymère les fournissant, et un élément d’affichage à cristaux liquides induit par un champ électrique transversal.
(JA) 本発明は、(A)所定の温度範囲で液晶性を発現する感光性の側鎖型高分子、(B)反応性メソゲン化合物、及び(C)有機溶媒を含有する重合体組成物に関する。本発明によれば、高効率で配向制御能が付与され、焼き付き特性に優れた液晶配向膜、それを与える重合体組成物および横電界駆動型液晶表示素子が提供される。
