Abstract:
(EN) This stirring device (1), (10) for molten metal has a shaft (3) in the interior of which is provided a ventilation passage (4) through which a blown gas can pass, and a stirring blade (2) provided on an end of the shaft (3). The shaft (3) is formed as a separate member from the stirring blade (2) or is formed so as to be capable of being separated into two or more parts in a direction intersecting the direction along the ventilation passage (4). At the boundary portion between the shaft (3) and the stirring blade (2) the shaft (3) and the stirring blade (2) are connected in a manner such that no gap communicating with the exterior of the stirring device exists therebetween. Preferably the shaft (3), the stirring blade (2), and a ceramic material are a silicon nitride ceramic.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'agitation (1), (10) pour du métal fondu, comprenant un arbre (3) dans l'intérieur duquel est prévu un passage de ventilation (4) à travers lequel un gaz soufflé peut passer, et une lame d'agitation (2) prévue sur une extrémité de l'arbre (3). L'arbre (3) est formé pour être un élément séparé de la lame d'agitation (2) ou est formé pour pouvoir être séparé en deux parties ou plus dans une direction coupant la direction le long du passage de ventilation (4). Au niveau de la partie limite entre l'arbre (3) et la lame d'agitation (2), l'arbre (3) et la lame d'agitation (2) sont reliés de manière à ce qu'aucun espace communiquant avec l'extérieur du dispositif d'agitation n'existe entre eux. De préférence, l'arbre (3), la lame d'agitation (2) et un matériau céramique sont une céramique de nitrure de silicium.
(JA) 本発明の金属溶湯用撹拌体(1)、(10)は、吹き込みガスが流通可能な通気路(4)を内部に設けたシャフト(3)と、シャフト(3)の端部に配設された撹拌翼(2)とを有し、シャフト(3)は、撹拌翼(2)と別部材に形成されるか、又は通気路(4)に沿う方向と交差する方向に二以上に分割可能に形成されており、シャフト(3)と撹拌翼(2)との境界部において、シャフト(3)と撹拌翼(2)とが、両者の間に前記撹拌体の外部と連通する隙間が存在しない状態で連続している。シャフト(3)、撹拌翼(2)、及びセラミックス材料が何れも窒化珪素系セラミックスであることが好ましい。
