Abstract:
(EN) A fuel pressure regulator provided with, inside a casing, a high-pressure chamber into which high-pressure fuel can be introduced, a fuel discharge port for discharging the high-pressure fuel introduced into the high-pressure chamber, a low-pressure chamber made to be in communication with the interior of a fuel tank, and a pressure regulation valve capable of regulating the pressure of the fuel in the high-pressure chamber, wherein the pressure regulation valve (V) is provided with at least a valve housing (Vh) fluid-tightly fitted in a receiving hole (M) provided to the casing (C) so that the high-pressure chamber (H) and the low-pressure chamber (L) are in communication with each other, and a valve element (Vv) accommodated inside the valve housing (Vh) and capable of opening/blocking the path between the high-pressure chamber (H) and the low-pressure chamber (L), and the low-pressure chamber (L) includes at least an annular space (Lo) extending to the periphery of the high-pressure chamber (H) and the receiving hole (M) so as to encircle the high-pressure chamber (H) and the receiving hole (M). The peripheral wall of the high-pressure chamber in the casing is thereby protected from impact by loose rocks and the like, and operating noises of the pressure regulation valve and other components are not likely to leak to the exterior.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un régulateur de pression de carburant qui comprend, à l'intérieur d'un boîtier, une chambre haute pression dans laquelle un carburant haute pression peut être introduit, un orifice de décharge de carburant pour décharger le carburant haute pression introduit dans la chambre haute pression, une chambre basse pression destinée à être en communication avec l'intérieur d'un réservoir de carburant, et une soupape de régulation de pression capable de réguler la pression du carburant dans la chambre haute pression, la soupape de régulation de pression (V) étant pourvue d'au moins un boîtier de soupape (Vh) monté de manière étanche aux fluides dans un trou de réception (M) prévu sur le boîtier (C), de sorte que la chambre haute pression (H) et la chambre basse pression (L) sont en communication l'une avec l'autre, et d'un élément de soupape (Vv) logé dans le boîtier de soupape (Vh) et capable d'ouvrir/de bloquer le chemin entre la chambre haute pression (H) et la chambre basse pression (L), et la chambre basse pression (L) comprenant au moins un espace annulaire (Lo) s'étendant à la périphérie de la chambre haute pression (H) et du trou de réception (M) de manière à encercler la chambre haute pression (H) et le trou de réception (M). La paroi périphérique de la chambre haute pression dans le boîtier est ainsi protégée de l'impact de rocailles et similaires, et les bruits de fonctionnement de la soupape de régulation de pression et d'autres composants ne sont pas susceptibles de fuiter à l'extérieur.
(JA) ケーシング内に、高圧燃料を導入可能な高圧室と、高圧室に導入された高圧燃料を吐出するための燃料吐出口と、燃料タンク内に連通させる低圧室と、高圧室の燃料を調圧可能な調圧弁とを備えた燃料圧力調整体において、調圧弁(V)は、高圧室(H)及び低圧室(L)間を連通するようにケーシング(C)に設けた受容孔(M)に液密に嵌装される弁ハウジング(Vh)と、その弁ハウジング(Vh)内に収納されて高圧室(H)及び低圧室(L)間を導通・遮断可能な弁体(Vv)とを少なくとも備え、低圧室(L)は、高圧室(H)及び受容孔(M)を取り囲むように高圧室(H)及び受容孔(M)の周囲に延在した環状空間部(Lo)を少なくとも含む。これにより、ケーシングの高圧室周壁を飛び石等の衝撃から保護し、併せて、調圧弁等の作動音を外部に漏れにくくする。
