Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a constant-velocity universal joint 11 provided with an outer-side joint member 12 and an inner-side joint member 13 which transmits torque while allowing angular displacement with the outer-side joint member 12 via balls 14, a motive power transmission shaft 25 being linked to the inner-side joint member 13 so as to be capable of transmitting torque, and an attachment/detachment mechanism 33 for attaching/detaching the motive power transmission shaft 25 to and from the inner-side joint member 13 being provided between the inner-side joint member 13 and the motive power transmission shaft 25; wherein the attachment/detachment mechanism 33 is provided with a cylindrical member 34 fitted over the motive power transmission shaft 25 so as to extend to the motive power transmission shaft-side of the inner-side joint member 13, a retaining ring 35 fitted inside the cylindrical member 34 and able to shrink in diameter, a push-in member 36 arranged so as to be able to move in the diametrical direction toward the diametrically outer side of the retaining ring 35, and an annular member 37 arranged so as to be able to move in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 34; and the retaining ring 35 can be attached to and detached from the motive power transmission shaft 25 by diametrically moving the push-in member 36, which is exposed from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 34 by the axial movement of the annular member 37.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un joint homocinétique 11 pourvu d'un élément joint côté externe 12 et d'un élément joint côté interne 13 qui transmet un couple tout en permettant un déplacement angulaire avec l'élément joint côté externe 12 par le biais de billes 14, un arbre de transmission de puissance motrice 25 étant relié à l'élément joint côté interne 13 de sorte à pouvoir transmettre un couple, et un mécanisme de fixation/séparation 33 permettant la fixation/séparation de l'arbre de transmission de puissance motrice 25 vers et depuis l'élément joint côté interne 13 étant agencé entre l'élément joint côté interne 13 et l'arbre de transmission de puissance motrice 25; le mécanisme de fixation/séparation 33 comportant un élément cylindrique 34 monté sur l'arbre de transmission de puissance motrice 25 de façon à s'étendre vers le côté arbre de transmission de puissance motrice de l'élément joint côté interne 13, une bague de retenue 35 montée dans l'élément cylindrique 34 et pouvant se rétracter en diamètre, un élément de poussée 36 conçu de sorte à pouvoir se déplacer dans la direction diamétrale vers le côté diamétralement extérieure de la bague de retenue 35, et un élément annulaire 37 conçu de sorte à pouvoir se déplacer dans la direction axiale sur la surface périphérique externe de l'élément cylindrique 34; et la bague de retenue 35 pouvant être fixée à l'arbre de transmission de puissance motrice 25 et séparée de celui-ci en déplaçant diamétralement l'élément de poussée 36, qui est exposé depuis la surface périphérique externe de l'élément cylindrique 34 par le mouvement axial de l'élément annulaire 37.
(JA) 外側継手部材12と、外側継手部材12との間でボール14を介して角度変位を許容しながらトルクを伝達する内側継手部材13とを備え、内側継手部材13に動力伝達軸25をトルク伝達可能に結合させ、内側継手部材13と動力伝達軸25との間に、内側継手部材13に対して動力伝達軸25を着脱する脱着機構33を設けた等速自在継手11であって、脱着機構33は、内側継手部材13の動力伝達軸側に延在するように動力伝達軸25に外挿された筒状部材34と、筒状部材34に内装された縮径可能な止め輪35と、止め輪35の径方向外側に径方向移動可能に配置された押し込み部材36と、筒状部材34の外周面に軸方向移動可能に配置された環状部材37とを備え、環状部材37の軸方向移動により筒状部材34の外周面から露呈する押し込み部材36を径方向移動させることにより、動力伝達軸25に対して止め輪35を着脱可能とする。
