Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a deodorant treatment material for tobacco which, while having a simple composition, has an excellent deodorant effect simultaneously for multiple malodorous substances generated from tobacco. [Solution] This deodorant treatment material 1 for tobacco contains a high-adsorption carbon material 2 which includes bamboo charcoal, a microorganism material 3 which is formed from Aspergillus oryzae capable of generating organic acids, a starch 4 which has a 0.1-1.2 weight ratio R with respect to the microorganism material 3 and which acts as a nutrition source of the microorganism material 3, and tubular bodies 12 which allow communication between the outside and the carbon material and the microorganism material. Preferably, the starch 4 has a starch ratio of 0.1-0.5, the microorganism material 3 contains at least one of rice koji and wheat koji, and the tubular bodies 12 comprise: long pipes 13 which protrude to the outside from the inside of a treatment material main body 11 formed from the carbon material 2, the microorganism material 3 and the starch 4; and short pipes 14 which are shorter than the long pipes 13 and are embedded in the treatment material main body 11.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir un matériau de traitement désodorisant pour tabac qui, tout en possédant une composition simple, possède un excellent effet désodorisant simultanément destiné à plusieurs substances malodorantes générées à partir du tabac. Ce matériau de traitement désodorisant (1) pour tabac comporte un matériau à base de carbone à adsorption élevée (2) qui comprend du charbon de bambou, un matériau micro-organisme (3) qui est formé d'un Aspergillus oryzae apte à générer des acides organiques, un amidon (4) possédant un rapport pondéral R par rapport au matériau micro-organisme (3) de 0,1 à 1,2 et qui agit comme une source nutritive du matériau micro-organisme (3), et des corps tubulaires (12) qui permettent une communication entre l'extérieur et le matériau à base de carbone et le matériau micro-organisme. De préférence, l'amidon (4) possède un rapport d'amidon de 0,1 à 0,5, le matériau micro-organisme (3) comporte du riz koji et/ou du blé koji, et les corps tubulaires (12) renferment : des tuyaux longs (13) qui font saillie vers l'extérieur à partir de l'intérieur d'un corps principal de matériau de traitement (11) formé à partir du matériau de carbone (2), du matériau micro-organisme (3) et de l'amidon (4) ; et des tubes courts (14) qui sont plus courts que les tuyaux longs (13) et sont intégrés dans le corps principal de matériau de traitement (11).
(JA) 【課題】簡単な組成でありながら、煙草から発生する複数の悪臭物質に対して同時に優れた消臭効果を有する煙草用消臭処理材を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】本発明を適用した煙草用消臭処理材1は、竹炭を含む高吸着性の炭素原料2と、有機酸を生成可能な麹菌から成る微生物原料3と、微生物原料3に対する重量比率Rが0.1~1.2であって、微生物原料3の栄養源になるデンプン類4と、外部と炭素原料、微生物原料との間を連通させる筒状体12とを含有し、好ましくは、デンプン類4は、デンプン比が0.1~0.5であり、微生物原料3は、米麹、麦麹の少なくとも一方を含み、筒状体12は、炭素原料2、微生物原料3、及びデンプン類4から成る処理材本体11の内部から外部に渡って突出する長パイプ13と、長パイプ13よりも短く、処理材本体11中に埋没される短パイプ14とから構成される。
