Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an imaging device which is capable of implementing noise countermeasures while efficiently dissipating heat emitted from an electronic circuit unit. The present invention is provided with: a housing 8 provided with an outer frame member 7 and a metal inner frame member 6; a lens unit 3 which is attached to an opening of the housing 8; a substrate 41 on which heat-dissipating metal wiring is formed; an electronic circuit unit 4 which is provided inside the inner frame member 6; and metal fixation members 9 which fix the electronic circuit unit 4 to the inner frame member 6 while being in contact with the inner frame member 6 and the heat-dissipating metal wiring 43 of the electronic circuit unit 4. Accordingly, heat can be efficiently dissipated from the electronic circuit unit 4 to the heat-dissipating metal wiring 43, the fixation members 9, and the inner frame member 6, and noise countermeasures can be implemented.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie qui est apte à mettre en œuvre des contre-mesures de bruit tout en dissipant efficacement la chaleur émise par une unité de circuit électronique. La présente invention comprend : un boîtier (8) comprenant un élément de cadre externe (7) et un élément de cadre interne métallique (6) ; une unité de lentille (3) qui est fixée à une ouverture du boîtier (8) ; un substrat (41) sur lequel un câblage métallique de dissipation thermique est formé ; une unité de circuit électronique (4) qui est disposée à l'intérieur de l'élément de cadre interne (6) ; et des éléments de fixation métalliques (9) qui fixent l'unité de circuit électronique à l'élément de cadre interne (6) tout en étant en contact avec l'élément de cadre interne (6) et le câblage métallique de dissipation thermique (43) du circuit électronique (4). En conséquence, la chaleur peut être efficacement dissipée de l'unité de circuit électronique (4) au câblage métallique de dissipation thermique (43), aux éléments de fixation (9), et à l'élément de cadre interne (6), et des contre-mesures de bruit peuvent être mis en œuvre.
