Abstract:
(EN) An axial-flow blower, which blows air along a shaft center (SC) of a rotating shaft (11), is provided with an impeller (20) which has a plurality of blades (24) arranged in a radial formation relative to the shaft center of the rotating shaft, and which generates an air flow by rotating around the shaft center of the rotating shaft. In the plurality of blades, auxiliary vane parts (25, 25A) that are ahead in the rotational direction (AR) of the rotating shaft are formed in the points of intersection between leading edges (24a) of the blades and circular virtual circumference lines (VCL) that connect the outer peripheral ends of the plurality of blades. The auxiliary vane parts have auxiliary leading edges (251, 251A) extending from base sections (25a) that intersect with the leading edges to tip sections (25b) that intersect with the virtual circumference lines. The auxiliary leading edges are shaped so as to be at least partially bent so as to be nearer the virtual circumference lines than virtual straight lines (VSL) that linearly connect the base sections and the tip sections.
(FR) L'invention concerne une soufflante à écoulement axial, qui souffle de l'air le long d'un centre (SC) d'un arbre rotatif (11), équipée d'une turbine (20) comportant une pluralité d'aubes (24) disposées en formation radiale par rapport au centre de l'arbre rotatif, et qui génère un flux d'air par rotation autour du centre de l'arbre rotatif. Dans la pluralité d'aubes, des parties (25, 25A) pale auxiliaire qui se trouvent devant dans la direction de rotation (AR) de l'arbre rotatif sont formées aux points d'intersection entre des bords d'attaque (24a) des aubes et des lignes circulaires de circonférence virtuelles (VCL) qui relient les extrémités périphériques externes de la pluralité d'aubes. Les parties pale auxiliaire comportent des bords d'attaque auxiliaires (251, 251A) s'étendant depuis des sections de base (25a) qui croisent les bords d'attaque jusqu'à des sections d'extrémité (25b) qui croisent les lignes de circonférence virtuelles. Les bords d'attaque auxiliaires sont formés de manière à être au moins partiellement courbés de façon à être plus proches des lignes de circonférence virtuelles que des lignes droites virtuelles (VSL) qui relient linéairement les sections de base et les sections d'extrémité.
