Abstract:
(EN) A replacement support brake device for elevator ropes that, using a simple configuration, limits the speed of travel of an elevator rope when replacing the elevator rope. The replacement support brake device 80 for elevator ropes includes a base 82 and a press plate 102. A step plate mechanism 90 is provided to the base 82. Provided to the base 82 are an upstream-side support ring 120, a downstream-side support ring 122, and a center ring 110 being a first ring. An upstream-side ring 112, a downstream-side ring 114, upstream-side guide rings 116, 117, and downstream-side guide rings 118, 119 are provided to the press plate 102. The step plate mechanism 90 has provided therein: a step plate support shaft 94 provided on a base platform 84; a step plate 92 that can be depressed around the step plate support shaft 94; and a connecting plate 96 connecting the step plate 92 and the press plate 102.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de frein de support de remplacement pour câbles d'ascenseur, lequel dispositif, à l'aide d'une configuration simple, limite la vitesse de déplacement d'un câble d'ascenseur lors du remplacement du câble d'ascenseur. Le dispositif de frein de support de remplacement (80) pour câbles d'ascenseur comprend une base (82) et une plaque de pression (102). Un mécanisme de plaque à épaulement (90) est disposé sur la base (82). Sur la base (82) sont disposées une bague de support côté amont (120), une bague de support côté aval (122) et une bague centrale (110), qui est une première bague. Une bague côté amont (112), une bague côté aval (114), des bagues de guidage côté amont (116, 117), et des bagues de guidage côté aval (118, 119) sont disposées sur la plaque de pression (102). Le mécanisme de plaque à épaulement (90) a, disposés sur ce dernier : un arbre de support de plaque à épaulement (94) sur une plateforme de base (84) ; une plaque à épaulement (92) qui peut être enfoncée autour de l'arbre de support de plaque à épaulement (94) ; et une plaque de liaison (96) reliant la plaque à épaulement (92) et la plaque de pression (102).
