Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a solid fuel pulverization device (100) equipped with a rotating table (12), a stoker (20), a roller (13), a biasing mechanism (15), a rotary classification unit (16), an air blowing unit (30), a housing (11), a load cell (19) that detects the quantity of an unpulverized solid fuel that has accumulated below the housing (11), and a control unit (40). The control unit (40) is configured to execute, if the amount of increase in the quantity of accumulated solid fuel relative to the quantity of solid fuel supplied by the stoker (20) exceeds a prescribed limit value, a first control mode in which biasing force from the biasing mechanism (15) is increased and/or a second control mode in which the rotational rate of the classification unit (16) is decreased.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de pulvérisation de carburant solide (100), lequel dispositif comporte une table tournante (12), un chargeur (20), un rouleau (13), un mécanisme de sollicitation (15), une unité de classification rotative (16), une unité de soufflage d'air (30), un boîtier (11), une cellule de charge (19) qui détecte la quantité d'un carburant solide non pulvérisé qui s'est accumulé en dessous du boîtier (11), et une unité de commande (40). L'unité de commande (40) est configurée pour exécuter, si la quantité d'augmentation de la quantité de carburant solide accumulé par rapport à la quantité de carburant solide fourni par le chargeur (20) dépasse une valeur limite prescrite, un premier mode de commande dans lequel une force de sollicitation à partir du mécanisme de sollicitation (15) est accrue et/ou un second mode de commande dans lequel la vitesse de rotation de l'unité de classification (16) est diminuée.
