Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: a liquid crystal display element that is highly reliable, has improved various characteristics as a liquid crystal display element, and in which dropping marks do not readily occur during production, without deteriorating the various characteristics as a liquid crystal display element such as dielectric anisotropy, viscosity, nematic phase upper limit temperature, and rotational viscosity (γ1), and burn-in characteristics of the liquid crystal display element; and a method for producing same. Further, according to the present invention, high-speed response as a liquid crystal display element is excellent, burn-in is less likely to occur, dropping marks are less likely to occur during the production thereof, the various characteristics as a liquid crystal display element are excellent, and because of being highly reliable, the liquid crystal display element can be effectively used as a display element of a liquid crystal TV, a monitor, or the like. According to the present invention, the efficient production of the liquid crystal display element, in which dropping marks do not readily occur, is possible.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides qui est très fiable, a de meilleures caractéristiques diverses d'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides, et dans lequel des marques de coulure ne se produisent pas facilement pendant la production, sans détériorer les diverses caractéristiques d'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides telles que l'anisotropie diélectrique, la viscosité, la température limite supérieure de phase nématique, et la viscosité rotationnelle (γ1), et des caractéristiques de phénomène rémanent de l'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides ; et son procédé de production. En outre, selon la présente invention, une réponse à haute vitesse d'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides est excellente, un phénomène rémanent est moins susceptible de se produire, des marques de coulure sont moins susceptibles de se produire pendant la production de ce dernier, les diverses caractéristiques d'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides sont excellentes, et du fait de sa haute fiabilité, l'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides peut être efficacement utilisé comme élément d'affichage d'une télévision à cristaux liquides, d'un écran, ou analogues. Selon la présente invention, la production efficace de l'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides, dans lequel des marques de coulure ne se produisent pas facilement, est possible.
(JA) 本発明は、誘電率異方性、粘度、ネマチック相上限温度、回転粘度(γ)等の液晶表示素子としての諸特性及び液晶表示素子の焼き付き特性を悪化させることなく、製造時の滴下痕が発生し難く、液晶表示素子としての諸特性が向上した、高い信頼性を有する液晶表示素子及びその製造方法を提供する。また、本発明によれば、液晶表示素子としての高速応答性優れ、焼き付きの発生が少なく、その製造時における滴下痕の発生が少なく、液晶表示素子としての諸特性に優れ、また、信頼性が高いため、液晶TV、モニター等の表示素子として有効に用いることができる。また、本発明によれば、滴下痕の発生し難い効率的な液晶表示素子の製造が可能となる。
