Abstract:
(EN) This control device for a wireless communication system is provided with: a communication unit which acquires, from a base station, information indicating the reception quality in a terminal of a signal transmitted using a directional beam of the base station; and a processing unit which, on the basis of the information acquired by the communication unit, determines whether or not a spot that is a region irradiated with the directional beam of the base station is to be deleted. The control device is characterized in that, when the processing unit determines that the spot is to be deleted, the communication unit notifies the base station or a master station base station of the base station an instruction to delete the spot. This configuration makes it possible to determine whether or not a service is provided with respect to each directional beam of the base station, and optimize the coverage of a base station having an array antenna or an antenna configuration similar thereto.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande pour un système de communication sans fil, qui est pourvu : d'une unité de communication qui acquiert, à partir d'une station de base, des informations indiquant la qualité de réception dans un terminal d'un signal émis à l'aide d'un faisceau directionnel de la station de base ; et une unité de traitement qui, sur la base des informations acquises par l'unité de communication, détermine si un point qui est une région exposée au faisceau directionnel de la station de base doit être supprimé. Le dispositif de commande est caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'unité de traitement détermine que le point doit être supprimé, l'unité de communication notifie à la station de base, ou une station de base formant station maître de la station de base, d'une instruction de suppression du point. Cette configuration permet de déterminer si un service est fourni par rapport à chaque faisceau directionnel de la station de base, et d'optimiser la couverture d'une station de base ayant une antenne réseau ou une configuration d'antenne similaire.
(JA) この発明に係る無線通信システム用の制御装置は、基地局から、前記基地局の指向性ビームによって送出される信号の端末での受信品質を示す情報を取得する通信部と、前記通信部で取得された情報に基づき、前記基地局の指向性ビームの照射領域であるスポットを削除するか否かを判断する処理部とを備え、前記処理部が前記スポットを削除すると判断したとき、前記通信部は前記スポットを削除する指示を前記基地局又は前記基地局の親局基地局に通知することを特徴とする。この構成によって、基地局の指向性ビーム単位でサービスを提供するか否かを判断することができ、アレーアンテナやそれに類するアンテナ構成を持つ基地局のカバレッジの最適化を行うことができる。
