Abstract:
(EN) In order to stably alter the gripping direction of forceps while keeping the position of the forceps constant, this endoscopic instrument (1) is provided with: a sheath (2) that has a conduit through which fluid can be supplied, and that can be inserted inside a channel of an endoscope; a forceps part (3) that is provided with a pair of forceps pieces (3a), which protrudes from a tip cover (30) provided at the tip of the sheath (2), and a bracket (3c) that supports the forceps pieces (3a) so that the forceps pieces (3a) can open and close; a manipulation member (4d), which is connected to the proximal end of the forceps pieces (3a), for opening and closing the forceps pieces (3a) by moving backwards and forwards in the longitudinal direction; and a flow path-forming member (7) that is fixed at the proximal end of the bracket (3c) and is positioned so as to be able to rotate around the central axis of the sheath (2). The flow path-forming member (7) is provided with recessed sections (7b) that are positioned in the direction orthogonal to the opening/closing direction of the forceps pieces (3a) with respect to the bracket (3c), and are inwardly depressed in the radial direction such that a fluid supply hole (8) is formed by a gap between the inner peripheral surface of the tip cover (30) and the recessed sections (7b).
(FR) L'invention concerne, afin de modifier de manière stable la direction de saisie d'une pince tout en gardant constante la position de la pince, un instrument endoscopique (1) comportant : une gaine (2) dotée d'un conduit à travers lequel un fluide peut être fourni, et pouvant être insérée à l'intérieur d'un canal d'un endoscope; une partie pince (3) qui est dotée d'une paire d'éléments pince (3a), qui fait saillie depuis un embout (30) situé à la pointe de la gaine (2), et d'un support (3c) qui supporte les éléments pince (3a) de sorte que les éléments pince (3a) puissent s'ouvrir et se fermer; un organe de manipulation (4d), relié à l'extrémité proximale des éléments pince (3a), est destiné à l'ouverture et à la fermeture des éléments pince (3a) en se déplaçant vers l'arrière et vers l'avant dans la direction longitudinale; et un organe de formation de trajet d'écoulement (7) fixé sur l'extrémité proximale du support (3c) et étant positionné de façon à pouvoir tourner autour de l'axe central de la gaine (2). L'organe de formation de trajet d'écoulement (7) présente des sections évidées (7b) qui sont positionnées dans une direction orthogonale à la direction d'ouverture/de fermeture des éléments pince (3a) par rapport au support (3c), et sont enfoncées vers l'intérieur dans la direction radiale de sorte qu'un trou d'alimentation en fluide (8) soit formé par un espace entre la surface périphérique interne de l'embout (30) et les sections évidées (7b).
