Abstract:
(EN) A process for preparing an aromatic N- glycidylamine comprising a step of heating a mixture of an amine having at least one aromatic aminohydrogen atom with at least 0.7 equivalent of epichlorohydrin per aminohydrogen equivalent of the amine in presence of a catalyst dissolved in an inert organic solvent, at a pressure in a range of 200 to 600 mbar; and adding a base to the mixture at a pressure in a range of 200 to 600 mbar to facilitate dehydrochlorination of product of the previous step to obtain the aromatic N- glycidylamine.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une N-glycidylamine aromatique comprenant une étape de chauffage d'un mélange d'une amine ayant au moins un atome d'aminohydrogène aromatique avec au moins 0,7 équivalent d'épichlorohydrine par équivalent aminohydrogène de l'amine en présence d'un catalyseur dissous dans un solvant organique inerte, à une pression comprise entre 200 et 600 mbar; et d'ajout d'une base au mélange à une pression se situant dans une plage de 200 à 600 mbar pour faciliter la déshydrochloration du produit de l'étape précédente pour obtenir la N-glycidylamine aromatique.
