Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a granular fertilizer formulation capable of increasing the water retention capacity of soil. In particular, the present invention relates to a granular fertilizer formulation, in the form of granules, said granules consisting of a fertilizer based on nitrogen (N), or nitrogen-phosphorous (NP) and/or nitrogen-phosphorous-potassium (NPK) and a polymer of vegetable origin selected from the group of water-soluble derivatives of guargum and capable of increasing the water retention capacity of a crop soil. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a process for the preparation of said formulation comprising - finely grinding the raw materials of the formulation; then adding and mixing them at room temperature in a mixer for powders, adding water in an amount sufficient to obtain a homogeneous fluid paste of particles; - directing and making said fluid paste flow on a belt, a fluid bed, in movement, wherein the particles rotate and become stratified so as to form granules/microgranules of the desired size; and - simultaneously blowing hot air at an initial temperature of 80°C; gradually lowering the temperature to 20°C, so as to obtain said dry granules/microgranules. Also disclosed is the use of the granular formulation as a fertilizer formulation for treating vegetative surfaces requiring an increase in the soil water retention capacity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une formulation d'engrais granulaire capable d'augmenter la capacité de rétention d'eau du sol. En particulier, la présente invention concerne une formulation d'engrais granulaire, sous forme de granules, lesdits granules étant constitués d'un engrais à base d'azote (N), ou d'azote-phosphore (NP) et/ou d'azote-phosphore-potassium (NPK) et d'un polymère d'origine végétale sélectionné dans le groupe des dérivés hydrosolubles de gomme de guar et capable d'augmenter la capacité de rétention d'eau d'un sol de culture. En outre, la présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de ladite formulation comprenant - le broyage fin des matières premières de la formulation ; puis l'ajout et le mélange de celles-ci à température ambiante dans un mélangeur de poudres, en ajoutant de l'eau en quantité suffisante pour obtenir une pâte fluide et homogène de particules ; - l'envoi de ladite pâte sur un tapis roulant, un lit fluidisé, en mouvement, et le fait de la faire s'y écouler, les particules pivotant et se stratifiant pour former des granules/microgranules de la taille souhaitée ; et - simultanément le soufflage d'air chaud à une température initiale de 80 °C ; l'abaissement progressif de la température à 20 °C, de manière à obtenir ledit granulat sec/lesdits microgranules secs. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de la formulation granulaire en tant que formulation d'engrais pour le traitement de surfaces végétatives nécessitant une augmentation de la capacité de rétention d'eau du sol.
