Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for liquefying a stream of hydrocarbons, such as natural gas, from a feed stream implementing a heat exchanger, e.g. a brazed aluminum plate exchanger arranged vertically and including an upper portion wherein the temperature is highest and a lower portion that is physically separate from the upper portion and wherein the temperature is lowest, said method including at least the following step: injection of a two-phase refrigerant stream into the heat exchanger from at least one inlet on the lower portion, such that said refrigerant flows downwards in the heat exchanger. The method is characterized in that the volume ratio of the two-phase refrigerant stream is between 5% and 50%.
(FR) Procédé de liquéfaction d'un courant d'hydrocarbures tel que le gaz naturel à partir d'un courant d'alimentation mettant en œuvre un échangeur de chaleur, par exemple un échangeur à plaques en aluminium brazé disposé verticalement comprenant une partie supérieure où la température est la plus élevée et une partie inférieure froide où la température est la plus faible, physiquement distincte de la partie supérieure, ledit procédé comprenant au moins l'étape suivante : introduction d'un courant réfrigérant diphasique dans l'échangeur de chaleur à partir d'au moins une entrée de la partie inférieure, de sorte que le sens du flux dudit réfrigérant dans l'échangeur de chaleur est descendant, caractérisé en ce que le ratio volumique du courant réfrigérant diphasique est compris entre 5% et 50%
