Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for preventing the formation of bio-fouling on a surface of a material that is in contact with an aqueous medium or with air having a relative humidity greater than or equal to 90%, said method comprising the treatment of the surface with an EPS that can be obtained by fermentation of a Vibrio parahaemolyticus genus bacterium.
(FR) La présente demande concerne un procédé de prévention du dépôt de biosalissures sur une surface d'un matériau en contact avec un milieu aqueux ou avec de l'air dont l'humidité relative est supérieure ou égale à 90%, comprenant le traitement de cette surface avec un EPS susceptible d'être obtenu par fermentation d'une bactérie du genre Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
