Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufheizen von Stahlblechplatinen, insbesondere zum Umformen und Härten in einem Presshärteverfahren, wobei eine Heizeinrichtung vorhanden ist und die Heizeinrichtung zumindest ein Heizmodul umfasst, wobei das zumindest eine Heizmodul ein kassettenartig ausgebildetes, kastenartiges Element ist, welches einen platten- oder quaderförmigen Hohlraum besitzt, der auf einer Unterseite eine ebene Platte besitzt, wobei in dem Hohlraum zumindest ein Heizelement angeordnet ist, welches als elektrisches Widerstandsheizelement ausgebildet ist, wobei der Hohlraum das zumindest eine Heizelement einbettend und umgebend vollständig mit einem gut wärmeleitfähigen Material vorzugsweise Kupfer gefüllt ist und ein Verfahren hierzu.

The invention also relates to a method for this purpose.
(FR) L’invention concerne un système de chauffage de flans de tôle d’acier, en particulier de mise en forme et de trempe dans un procédé de trempe sous pression, le système comportant un dispositif de chauffage pourvu d'au moins un module de chauffage. Le ou les modules de chauffage sont des éléments réalisés en forme de caisson, qui présentent une cavité en forme de plaque ou de parallélépipède qui est munie d’une plaque plane sur sa face inférieure. Dans la cavité est agencé au moins un élément chauffant, qui est réalisé sous la forme d’un élément de chauffage par résistance électrique. La cavité est entièrement remplie d’un matériau à bonne conductivité thermique, de préférence de cuivre, de manière à enrober et entourer le ou les éléments chauffants. L’invention concerne également un procédé afférent.
