Abstract:
(DE) Offenbart wird ein Verfahren zum Überwachen eines Magnetventils (20) mit einer Steuerspule (44) zum Steuern eines Luftdruckes in einem Bremszylinder (13, 14) einer elektropneumatischen Bremse (12), wobei das Mag- netventil (20) eine Versorgungsspannungsseite (30), an der die Steuerspule (44) einen elektrischen Versorgungsstrom aufnimmt, und eine Referenzpotentialseite (32), an der die Steuerspule den elektrischen Versorgungsstrom abgibt, aufweist, umfassend: - Anlegen eines Testsignals (42) auf einer Seite (30, 32) des Magnetventils (20);- Abgreifen eines Messsignals (62 bis 64) auf der anderen Seite (32, 30) des Magnetventils (20), und - Bestimmen des Zustandes (96, 99) des Magnetventils (20) basierend auf einer Gegenüberstellung (80) des Testsignals (42) und des Messsignals (62 bis 66).
(EN) A method for monitoring a solenoid valve (20) having a control coil (44) for controlling an air pressure in a brake cylinder (13, 14) of an electropneumatic brake (12) is disclosed, wherein the solenoid valve (20) has a supply voltage side (30), at which the control coil (44) picks up an electric supply current, and a reference potential side (32), at which the control coil outputs the electric supply current, comprising: - applying a test signal (42) on one side (30, 32) of the solenoid valve (20); - tapping a measurement signal (62 to 64) on the other side (32, 30) of the solenoid valve (20), and - determining the state (96, 99) of the solenoid valve (20) on the basis of a comparison (80) of the test signal (42) and the measurement signal (62 to 66).
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de surveillance d’une électrovanne (20) comprenant une bobine de commande (44) destinée à commander une pression d’air dans un cylindre de frein (13, 14) d’un frein électropneumatique (12). L’électrovanne (20) comporte un côté tension d’alimentation (30), où la bobine de commande (44) reçoit un courant d’alimentation électrique, et un côté potentiel de référence (32) où la bobine de commande délivre le courant d’alimentation électrique. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : - appliquer un signal de test (42) sur un côté (30, 32) de l’électrovanne (20), - prélever un signal de mesure (62 à 64) de l’autre côté (32, 30) de l’électrovanne (20) et – déterminer l’état (96, 99) de l’électrovanne (20) sur la base d’une comparaison (80) du signal de test (42) et du signal de mesure (62 à 66).
